This is the BEST FLORIST EVER!!! She is SOOOO accommodating – I called for same day delivery, and not only did she offer to make sure it was sent out, she hand-​delivered the bouquet, and it was BEAUTIFUL! I will always use her now!

Actually came upon this very cute florist as I was picking up a Susie’s Cake a few doors down. I did not realize I was parked right in front of the store and noticed their beautiful bicycle so I popped in. Neshe Ganch, the owner was very sweet and helpful. She helped me picked out two lovely bouquets for my aunts, a very nice pink Tulip bunch for my sister and a gorgeous Peony Flower pot for my mom since she enjoys planting and growing them. I was very happy with my experience here and will return in the near future. Also, they recycle their vases, containers, pots and baskets. A great way to help the community and environment as well.

Neshe at Floral arts is such a sweet lady. My fiancé and I met Neshe at a bridal fair at the Lafayette park hotel and spa and shared our need for a florist for our wedding. She offered to leave the fair (someone would attend to her booth of course) to consult with us to give us an estimate for pricing. Of course we said we would wait until the fair was over before consulting but we were very pleased to see that she would accommodate us at our leisure.
When we met with Neshe at her shop, we found out that she is usually closed on Sundays but she was still kind enough to come in and give us a proposal for our flowers. She told us not to worry, and that she loves being in her shop :)
She was reasonable with her quote and even gave us suggestions on how to be able to stick within our budget.

Went to this shop again after I saw what happened to the roses from onother shop in 3 days, guaranteed not to get old floweres here, ALWAYS fresh. On the 11^th day I happened to see the ones I sent and there they are, still fresh!!! I thought they were just a bit pricey, but hey, if they won’t die the next day, I will happily pay that.

We just had a baby and my Mum called the Floral Arts Lafayette office from the UK to send us flowers. They are beautiful, the lady who delivered them was lovely and sincere in her congratulations to us, it wasn’t like she was delivering a pizza like some florists, and my mum said she was lovely to deal with when she ordered them too.

Nese and Shirley or Floral Arts Florist ACE the three P’s of wedding floral planning, as far as we are concerned: Professional, Personable, and Polished. From our first meeting with them, Nese and Shirley made us feel taken care of. I shared with her our colors, a few Pinterest photos, some preferred blooms and the overall vibe of our «family union,» and they took it from there. The arrangements, bridal bouquet, boutennieres and corsages were just gorgeous!
We booked FAF early on in the process. Communication was easy, pleasurable and the results, well, let’s just say that I didn’t look into bouquet preservation earlier. THIS BOUQUET — peony, lisianthus, spray rose, rose, veronica, pincushion and a lot of love and care. Thank you, Nese. Thank you, Shirley. We LOVE YOU SO MUCH! Just when we thought the Schneider Residence couldn’t get more beautiful, you put your magic on it and really personalized our favorite day, our wedding day!

Not impressed at all. I ordered a $ 45 arrangement to include roses and Irises and although I did not expect a lot of these I got none! It was so skimpy it was pathetic. I could have gone to the supermarket and gotten much better at one third the price. And they charged $ 15 for tax and delivery. Never again!

I wanted to send flowers for my girlfriend’s 40^th birthday, I live in San Francisco and she lives in Lafayette. I know nothing about flowers, and wanted to make sure I sent something really special from a reliable flower shop. I always like to use a local flower shop in the city or town I’m sending to, instead of using a national flower delivery service. The question was, will I be able to find someone reliable when I have a budget in mind.
I found Floral Arts Florists in Lafayette on Unilocal,and decided to give it a try. Service and the flowers were great! I called the flower shop with two days notice, explained what I wanted and the budget I had, and the lady who helped me (I think, the owner) was very helpful and gave me exactly what I wanted. I chose tulips and let her know it was a really special birthday. She was understanding and did not scoff at all when I mentioned a budget.
A time for delivery of course could not be guaranteed, but I mentioned the time that would work well to receive the flowers and to leave them on her doorstep/​porch if she wasn’t home yet. All went off without a hitch, they called my friend to let her know they were waiting for her when she arrived home, she received the flowers with 20 minutes of her arrival. She was so delighted and surprised, she said the flowers were so beautiful and it was an amazing arrangement.

So sorry to write this, I know they are hard working and have been in business a long time. Unfortunately an arrangement was delivered on Tuesday evening and had to be discarded 4 days later as the flowers were wilted and could not be salvaged. No, they did not need water, there was plenty…

I was so impressed with this business! I ordered a arrangement/​basket for the funeral of a family friend. The flowers were beautiful. Fresh and arranged perfectly. It was much more than I expected They took all the worrying out of a very stressful day. After ordering flowers from other florists and not being happy with the results, it was so refreshing to have everything done perfectly. I now know who to call when I need a florist!

There’s no one else one should go to than people who who love what they do and do it well, this florist has surprised me with the quality as well as creativity. Excellent work Floral Arts!!!

We started using Floral Arts last year and were very pleased with their service and the floral arrangements. Now we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The owner and staff are very friendly and work to make sure you are satisfied with the results.

With the recent ownership change and renovation, the shop looks beautiful. The service is always wonderful and professional, and the floral arrangements very creative! No matter how much you are spending, you will be pleased with the results. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I couldn’t be happier. I gave them a vague idea of what I was looking for. And made an arrangement that was better than I expected. Will use them in the future.

I had to make a quick stop for a floral arrangement last weekend on a moments notice for a relatives birthday party.
The lady there (Neshe’?) was extremely helpful and made up a great arrangement.
I wish they were on the West side of the SF Bay ’cause I’d use them all of the time.

AWFUL!!! I asked for hot pink corsage got purple. I asked for orange rose boutineer, got a spray painted white rose with paint flaking off. Never told me they would have to paint one or couldn’t get an orange one, and had the nerve to say ‘well you shouldn’t try to match the dress anyway.’ Awful awful awful. and the owner was condescending from the start. I feel bad for all the young kids coming in for prom who probably didn’t get what they wanted either but were too afraid to say something to this guy. Go to Orchard or even Safeway before Floral Arts. Also, fake flowers out in front or their store guess should be a cue flowers aren’t their forte-​neither are good business practices.

Amazing quality of service. Pitched in at the last minute to do an amazing memorial bouquet when another florist failed.

The person who picked up the phone was very professional. She was helpful and offered some creative suggestions on what to say on the card. They are one of the few florists in Lafayette who don’t give you attitude or grief if you can only afford $ 50 for a flower arrangement.
