Always great service and the food at this chipotle is super fresh tasting. We come every week to get bowls or salads or tacos for the kids. It’s a great place for dinner. You know a Mexican restaurant is higher quality than others when queso isn’t on the menu.

I went in to pick up an order I placed via the app and was originally really irritated because even though I had placed the order 15 minutes prior, I was told I had to wait an additional 30 minutes(for a total of a 45 min wait) because they were too busy. I ended up standing in line so I could secure some free time for them to make my order, because otherwise I would have had to wait longer. However, after telling me I had to wait, one of the staff(a really nice younger guy with the big earrings/holes in his ears) made my order for me and brought it to me while I was waiting in line and apologized to me. Completely turned my attitude around and I really appreciated that. If you plan to use the app during a busier time of day(like dinner time or lunch in a busier location), you’re better off just going in and standing in line. My previous use of the app has worked just fine during slower times of day.

I am a big fan of Chipotle. I also have to travel a lot for work and when traveling I go to Chipotle often. I say this because I want to show that I have had a lot of experience with different Chipotle locations and the level of quality/service that is out there. Living in Broomfield we mostly went the 120th and Sheridan location. Eventually I just couldn’t stand that the service was meh, the chicken was often burnt, and the rice was dried out and bland. I have also tried several different locations nearby. I am so thankful to the crew at this location. I can tell by some of the earlier reviews that they must have had their issues as well. However it is clear that those have been ironed out. Every time I come in I am greeted with smiles and friendly faces. I have talked to the current manager several times as he is often working the front lines. He and his crew take pride in their work and in creating a good experience. The food quality and prep are up there with the best I have experienced from Chipotle as well. I usually get the carnitas and my wife gets the chicken. I have also had the barbacoa here. It has all been good. The rice if flavorful and all the sides look and taste fresh. Even though it takes longer to get here from our home and the plaza is laid out poorly(and under construction), we will continue to be regulars here.

I love Chipotle and am really glad this location is here. To top off good food(used to eat carnitas but now eat the sofritas as a pescetarian), there are a bunch of friendly people working here. Can get busy, but they are good about bringing up more people to help if that happens.

Worse Chipotle I’ve ever been to! I ordered veggie tacos. The employee, Kalim, couldn’t get all of the guacamole off the spoon and on to my tacos on his first try. I assumed he’d scoop some more guacamole but he didn’t. So I nicely asked for more guac because I wasn’t having any meat. He rudely snapped«Guac is more expensive than meat!» I said I wasn’t concerned with cost and told him to lose the attitude. When he walked away, I told the woman at the register he needs to lose the attitude and she replied that«he had been doing better earlier today» as if he was an ongoing issue. Well, he lost this customer. Whenever I want Chipotle, I’ll go to Louisville where the employees have always been great.

Horrible service and unfriendly staff. I love me some chipotle but man this one really hits the fan in terms of service and reliability. I usually drive the extra miles to Boulder or up to Longmont for my chipotle fix. 2⁄10

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. My wife and I go to Chipotle quite a bit, and we’ve given this one several chances to improve since it’s new. This particular one is extremely chintzy on its servings, especially if you get a bowl. Expect much smaller portions than you would get from the other stores. I always get extra hot sauce in seperate container on the side and this is the only store that charges me for that. Customer service is terrible. Update: Having since returned to this Chipotle after hearing they have changed their ways, I was pleasantly surprised to see that their portions have increased and customer service has improved as well.

My family has been frequenting Chipotle well over a decade In Arizona. We moved near the Chipotle location in Lafayette and were so excited when It finally opened for business last Fall. Placed our first order online. Too many mistakes with the order and forgotten items to even list. Also, food was not the quality that we were used to. Gave it another online try… awful again. Tried several times after that too but just had more problems… Wrong stuff, things not in the bag, beans when I asked for none, Etc. 1) they literally have gotten at least 1 thing wrong in every single online order we’ve placed. I promise… Not exaggerating at all! 2) EXTREMLY skimpy portions of meat and they cop a major attitude about it if you request a tad more 3) I get my hot salsa on the side and they always try to charge me for it(my daughter gets chips so they think I am trying to cheat them and really want it for the chips and not my burrito) 4) when I’ve called to very kindly portray my disappointment, they treat me like an awful and complaining customer who is the one with the problem 5) water is completely disgusting from the soda fountain. It’s gross. 6) the quality of food is always off. Chicken is dry, Barbaqoa at times is so spicy I can’t eat my dinner, carnitas is too greasy. Can’t explain it… Flavor and quality is just not right compared to all other Chipotle restaurants I’ve eaten at Ate there tonight and the guy had such an attitude with me when he literally gave me the tiniest portion of meat I’ve ever been served from there. To make matters worse, he gave my 20 year old son(whom he did not know was with me!) «the look» like I was a totally obnoxious customer! Trust me people, I’m kind and respectful but tonight I admittedly had a very minor irritation in my voice but it’s only because I’ve given this chipotle over a dozen times to work out the quirks with their food and staff but after tonight, I’m done. I will not be going back to that Chipotle ever again!

Chipotle food is tasty, predictable, and fairly reasonable. What ruins this experience is a complete lack of common sense and customer service. I blame the management for the lack of instilling this into their personnel. When the 11 year old is looking up, at the board, at the kids menu, and reads verbatim off of it:“I would like the meat quesadilla” and there is no other«meat quesadilla» on the said menu, I don’t think it’s too hard to assume he wants the $ 4 kids meal, and not the $ 7 item that is not even listed. So when the 2 kids working the register act like it was obviously our problem, and don’t make any move to adjust price or make it right… and finally I ask. sooooo you’re not going to give me a kids meal… I caught a nice whiff of attitude, You want us to make a new one for a kids meal? (Oh yes… throw out food, make customer perturbed, …great idea) If it wasn’t for the fact we were on a time crunch I would have. How about taking the $ 3.00 hit on a $ 47 bill, and letting the customer walk away happy instead of soured. So easy. Or even«I’m really sorry… Yes, it was our fault. we’ll make you a kids meal right away» Training. We’ll be eating at Noodles next time we bowl.
