Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I came inside here only once. I am a sucker for closed hour luck which is why I took a photo of the clear glass door of hours. I even refer back to my own photos often for hours at places.
It’s clean and tidy inside. I just needed a case for my new Iphone6s since Lifeproof (my favorite cell case brand) was not yet done making and releasing their 6S cases (when Apple mailed the pre-​ordered phones) and on their website said the iPhone6 cases are NOT exactly compatible with the 6S and there are some changes. I trusted the brand and got myself an otter box until I could get myself a Lifeproof case ordered and delivered.
The stock at this Verizon of cell cases was plenty of what I needed as well as color variety and two choices of pink were even available. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, besides professionalism, kindness, and having the inventory and some selection for what I exactly needed/​wanted, I don’t have much to say besides it was a smooth and comfortable rapid visit of exactly what I needed.
I would return. I also do feel this branch and staff could help with in-​person phone needs, that Verizon offers on-​site. I would trust them to handle basic needs of my cellular account and cellular needs through this provider. I also have been with Verizon as my wireless provider for years and have for the most part been very satisfied.
Maybe short and sweet is all it takes to make a valued impression to a customer. I’d go back if I need anything at all. I also would recommend Verizon customers here for cell or cell accessory needs. It beats waiting for the online one to ship if you can purchase today.
They met my needs politely and no hiccups along the rapid way. My parents were visiting and waiting in the car so I appreciate the professionalism and bringing me to what I needed when greeted at the door. Closure was good customer service asking anything else today I needed from Verizon, I said no and thank you so much for your help. The sales guy didn’t try to hold me to some commission sales pitch, but set me free. Well done, sir!
4 stars because it’s just a Verizon store (hey, not every review can be a hidden gem finding), but customer service was excellent and interior design was clean and orderly for shoppers like me that day. Thank you Verizon!
