Brand Heating and Air Conditioning

I made an appt weeks ago for them to replace a part I needed on my furnace. I was going to be gone for 7 weeks and needed it replaced so that my pipes would not freeze if the furnace went off. My appt was scheduled for 8 am Friday. Wednesday afternoon they called me and canceled the appt. No explanation. they offered a appt 9 day s later. I told the girl that I could not make that appt. I had to be in Indianapolis all day. She said there was no other appt before I left the country. I asked why they were cancelling. She said other people had emergencies and they took precedence over me even though I had been a customer for years with a maintenance contract. I spoke with the owner’s wife. She said they weren’t coming. Could it be that they will collect emergency service fees from those other people and that’s why they ditched me? What if I made another appt and someone else had an emergency? Would they just keep bumping and bumping? Needless to say, I won’t be calling them again.
