5 stars for the facility and mammographers, when you can actually get an appointment. I find sitting on the phone for 30 minutes and STILL not being able to get through unacceptable. As a health career professional I know there are many other competent options available. Unfortunately, Sutter has chosen to go with a «central scheduling» scheme which makes sitting on the phone for long periods the norm. Sad

I had my appointment at 11:30…which I was a little late for, and they saw me anyway. I had my results by email at 1:30…all clear! Super nice facility, cute little robes which they take out of a blanket warmer, nice friendly clean environment… It’s the best place to go in the East Bay. I have been going for about four years. Very nice women that work there as well. Tip: It’s above Yankee Pier, parking in back.

I’ve been here twice now and will not go anywhere else in the future. The facility is clean, quiet and modern. During both of my visits, there were never more than one or two other patients. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and professional. And they have a warmer for the robes!

I recently had my annual mammogram at the Women’s Health Center in Lafayette and have only great things to say…
1) I was glad that I didn’t have to drive through the tunnel, and parking was a breeze.
2) The staff was friendly, very professional, and organized.
3) The center was clean and nicely decorated.
4) It was the quickest and most comfortable mammogram I’ve ever had!
