US Post Office

I waited on reviewing this Post Office, mainly because I thought it was strange to review a post office. However, I am just sick of dealing with them and their mail delivery. They have lost numerous things being sent to me, and when I call to inquire, they tell me that they will call me back and never do. When I go to the actual location, the person is more concerned about entertaining themselves than providing me with quality customer service. I’m currently waiting to hear if two packages that I sent about 3 weeks ago ever got to their destinations. No, I didn’t insure the packages (both contained some crocheted items and one had a burned CD inside). Why would I send something if it wasn’t important? Shouldn’t all packages get the same respect and care?
I’ve actually taken to having certain items sent to my parents house over 2 hours away because I know it will actually get to them. I had better mail service in West Philadelphia!
From now on, I plan on sending my packages through UPS or FedEx. If I didn’t send thank-​you notes through snail mail, I’d be 100% done with the post office in general.
