Scheduled them for a Friday. On Friday, they cancelled and rescheduled for Monday. Then on Monday, they were a no show. I only found out the next Thursday, due to being on travel all week. When I called to find out why all this happened, Scott told me that I was the one who cancelled the appointment. When I said I had never called, much less cancelled the Monday appointment, Scott stuck to his story, then became defensive when I pressed for more information and finally said that I should do find someone else to do the work. I wouldn’t care all that much, but the house is under contract to sell and replacing the leaking windows is holding things up.

Do NOT waste your money here, the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I had my windshield replaced by them. Obviously my windshield was cracked, so the last thing I expected was to receive another cracked windshield in its stead. So when I noticed a crack along the bottom of the windshield and called them, I was treated with skepticism and talked to in a belittling tone as if they surely would not have done such a thing and I must be a complete liar. They then offered me a consolation discount on a new windshield of $ 50 because the two breakages occurred «so close together» and was out of the 24hr warranty period. There are so many better options out there even if they cost a bit more I would recommend going with someone else. Don’t get screwed by these guys and contribute toward keeping this sorry excuse of a company in business.

We did not have a good experience. We needed to have a piece of glass replaced in our door. They came out to measure the door and give us a quote. When they came to install the glass, the installers said the guy who measured should have told us that the glass in our door couldn’t be replaced. It was a lot of wasted time. They only work Monday through Friday from 8a-​5p and give you a four hour window to arrive. That means people have to take time off from work to wait for them. They can (and did) arrive at the tail end of the four hours and stayed into the afternoon. While they were here, we had them do some other work for us like replace a piece of glass in our shower and put a glass top on our table. To their credit, they did a fine job on both of those. The installers tracked dirt throughout the house and I had to vacuum when they left. We would not recommend them.

Bad business. I contacted this company to have my windshield replaced. My main reason for choosing them was location as they were close to my job and agreed to the specific day that I requested. Over the phone, customer services was extremely friendly. However, when it came to the actual appointment day, they were a no-​show. They never even called! I tried contacting them several times that day but kept getting a company acting as their «answering service». WTH! I should have known there was going to be a problem when I never received a time frame when I made the original appointment. Normally, a company will give you a 4-​hour time slot, but they did not. I waited practically all day (till 3PM) on a Friday but couldn’t reach them. The answering service said they would try to reach the dispatcher but after an hour, I was still waiting by the phone. When I called back, the answering service told me they would try to contact the service mananger. Again, nothing after 45 minutes! I was at least expecting a call to tell me that there were 1 or 2 clients ahead of me or possibly that the dispatcher was stuck in traffic, but I got NOTHING. This is truly bad business. I would NOT recommend anyone doing business with this sorry company.

Quality is good but customer service is outstanding. Most of these places usually don’t make the windows or glass anymore due to the nature in which the sealed units are made now. They generally measure and install and then stand behind it. I’ve used them a few times and their prices are right on point if not lower than their competition, but they have great customer service and that’s worth its weight in my book. ~
