Moe’s Southwest Grill

Bad experience today. All I ever get is side of rice and beans and some Guacamole and I’m as happy as can be. Simple, easy and great price. Today guy couldn’t comprehend something so simple so upcharged me for a bowl and wouldn’t adjust price after I pointed out the error. I mean, come on now, why should I pay more because you didn’t understand the order? I may not be so quick to return now for poor customer satisfaction.
I am happy to give my money to places where I’m valued, not so much to places where I’m not.

Had chicken Qeusidea and was awesome! Hubby had Southwest salad and loved it! Quick and clean. Great service also!

My whole family got severe food poisoning here. Diarrhea, vomiting, chills, weakness/​achiness, low grade fever etc. lasted for almost 48 hours. Almost had to be hospitalized.

I ate here a few months back and didn’t review it, but I have thought about it a lot.
Overall, an expensive and nowhere near as good Chipotle emulator.
Also don’t get their «famous cheese dip» which tastes just like canned nacho cheese liquid but without the orange coloring.
Not bad, just pricey and boring.

Great service, even when they are training new people. Staff knows the regulars and like to have a good time with them. I’ve missed only a handful of Moe Mondays in four years because I love this place.

Horrible horrible service every single time. I’m literally in line with 8 people behind me. There’s one girl putting stuff away in the cooler right in front of me who hasn’t acknowledged anyone yet (I’d say I’ve been standing here ready to order for at least 4 min). She finally stands up and looks annoyed that she has to take our order) I would give it 1 star, but the marinated tofu keeps me coming back despite getting treated like pure crap when I’m here.

Every Monday they have «moe’s Monday» and all burritos are $ 5.99 and come with a drink and all the chips and salsa you want. My wife and I usually get the «Homewrecker» with pork, peppers and onions, corn salsa, guacamole, rice and black beans, and hot sauce. Delicious every single time!

We are lucky to have a Moe’s here in the villages. I love mission style burritos, and the fact that this is one of several restaurants in the area that offers vegetarian options is a major plus! The marinade used for all of the grilled vegetables and tofu adds an amazing flavor. There is always a large portion and you will never leave hungry. The store always seems clean and the service is fast. This place is a great place for lunch.

This location can be hit or miss as far as customer service goes, but for the most I’ve had positive experiences.
Being vegetarian is hard in Lake County. Places like Moe’s makes it a heck of a lot easier. They offer veggie burritos and all of their beans and fixin’s are animal free as well (you’d be surprised where you find lard…) The ingredients are fresh and portions are ginormous. The tofu is marinaded in their Southwest Vinaigrette and is crazy good! Try it even if you are an Omnivore, you wont be disappointed.
Prices are a bit high if you come anytime except for Mondays (or Moe Mondays). On Moe Mondays you get any of their Non seasonal burritos, a fountain drink and chips for 6 bucks… which is a deal. A deal to be had.

The food is the same as any other Moe’s which is the reason to go of course. The welcome phrase of «welcome to Moe’s» needs a little more energy at this location.

I always get a warm «welcome to Moe’s» upon entering. The people who work there are nice and friendly, food is good, you can make a healthy choice to eat here. Food is fresh, place is clean, atmosphere is nice.
