I ordered flowers for my grandmother for Mother’s Day. This was the only florist with a decent review on Unilocal so I decided to order from here. The online store was easy to use. However, my grandmother sent me photos of the flowers and it looked NOTHING like the online photo. For $ 75, the bouquet was pretty sparse and pathetic-​looking. Additionally, they must have been overloaded that day because the flowers I ordered 3 weeks in advance arrived at 9pm and the bouquet my father ordered last minute for her arrived much earlier in the day. Overall, I will not use this florist again because of the quality of the bouquet.

My mother-​in-​law said this was the best arrangement we had ever sent. Well-​designed and a generous amount of fresh flowers delivered to The Villages on-​time. I will definitely use them again.

I live out of state, looked online to find this place. Called on Saturday to see if there was any chance of getting flowers delivered for Mother’s Day the next morning. I started my sentence, «Hi, I was wondering if I could pl» and she cut me off, said «we are not accepting anymore orders.» And hung up! While clearly I would have been surprised if they could do it — I can say I will never call them again, no matter how much in advance.

I ordered a bouquet via phone for my mom for Mother’s Day and it arrived looking exactly like I requested. I have used other florists in the Villages and have been very disappointed. Jackie helped me and was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will use them from now on!
