WIRED Installations

I got a quote for fixing my surround sound from these guys. The price was a third of what I had been quoted from another big company. The price difference was because the other company wanted to replace all my existing equipment instead of reusing the stuff that was good! They were able to fix my surround sound by re-​wiring my existing speakers while also adding a few ones. Sounds and looks great!

I have worked with Matt on several projects. He has installed speakers, receivers, Remotes, Sonos and video/​TVs for me. He’s an expert and I have had zero problems and it’s been 10 months since the last install.
After lighting struck my house he came to help me diagnose everything the lightening might have affected instead of just trying to get me to replace everything. He helped me deal with Directv (who forgot to ground their dish and made the lighting strike much worse). He wasn’t obligated or responsible for anything that happened because it was weather but he was there to help fix it anyway. That’s service!
After the job is done Matt is always there to help if you need it and he responds to you and follows up better than anyone I’ve ever delt with! In the past I have used Carolina Custom Security and Sound and Audio Warehouse and they didn’t come close to the customer service, quality of work, or price Wired Solutions provides. They are great problem solvers too, and getting wires through existing walls can requires some creativity!

I wanted to get a 65″ TV wall mounted. While looking for mounts on Amazon I noticed this company was one of the local installers listed. Scheduling was not a problem they had openings the next day. The two many team showed up on time and went right to work.
They were very courteous and helpful in regards to determining the best height to mount at. I felt the service rate was comparable to other companies in the area. I had a good experience and will use them for jobs in the future!

Great job on installing my TV considering they had to undo the previous installation which was lousy with lots of wires showing and not wired to code. So. .. it was more difficult for them than starting from scratch. Professional. Came back to re-​adjust the support for a better viewing angle. .. at no charge.

Had previously hired a company off Craigslist and wasn’t completely happy. Called Wired and they came out and did the repairs that day! Both TV’s look amazing, with proper cabling and outlet covers as well as they took the extension cord the other installer left in my wall (fire hazard and insurance killer I am told) out and put the correct wiring in. Very nice and friendly young men and completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone!!!

Matt provided fantastic service that exceed all our expectations. We requested a short turnaround time on the instillation of our home audio theater and Matt and his team had no issues accommodating us. They installed our receiver, programmed out RF remote, installed ceiling speakers in our living room and outdoor speakers. There work looks great! Bottom line is they were very professional and the rates were reasonable as well. We would use them again in a heart beat.
