Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Bought my wife her first Rolex from these fine folks last year and was very satisfied. Often times when you go to any Rolex Authorized Dealer, you’re greeted with snobbery, if you’re even greeted at all. Will continue to do business with Sawyers Jewelry and I would recommend anyone I know to do so, as well.

A month ago I was on vacation with my son so we stopped in to Sawyers to look at Rolex watches. I have been in there before but just for watch repairs. I was so impressed with their knowledge on the brand that I decided to purchase a new Rolex from them. There was no pressure, the owner gave me a great education and I felt comfortable that this was the right place to purchase it. It helps that you don’t have to pay sales tax too!
It was a very pleasurable experience and plan on using them in the future.

Have had several interactions at Sawyers and must say that the level of customer service is outstanding. A friendly and knowledgeable staff have gone out of there way on more than one occasion. They also have an estate section which has some interesting items. Recommended!

I recently got a piece of jewelry appraised at Sawyers, and I am still baffled by my experience there. Upon picking up my engagement ring & appraisal, the woman told me, «two of your stones are loose… That’s not good. The insurance company might not accept this appraisal because of it.» And then I was charged $ 150 for the appraisal. Wouldn’t you think, given that they are a jewelry place, they would have given me a call to let me know about the loose stones, and then given me a price to tighten them? I gladly would have paid for their business. However, she could not have even been bothered to offer to fix my ring, so I had to pay $ 150 for a worthless appraisal. Interesting how she did not care for my business. Not sure why I went anywhere other than Kramer & Hall… Won’t make that mistake again! By the way, Kramer & Hall tightened my stones for free! :)

I love this place, the people who work there are kind, patient and understanding of your needs. I will try to do any of my jewelry related business there from now on. I am glad to be served with respect and what I feel is honesty.
Their selection is good and I think prices are «fair». Sure, I wish there were less expensive items, who wouldn’t? But, for today’s world fair is fair. You get what you pay for is a good way to think of things.
We were «cheated» by another jewelry company on a purchase and it left a very bad taste. I now realize what a quality business is like to work with.
