Crap crap crap– the service was bad! And meal was less than expected and the taste was bland. Mac and cheese was out of a box! Definitely not worth it.

I have never had a bad meal there. Fish fried or broiled, steak tip or burgers were all prepared right and served very timely.

Average place to stop and eat. Waitress was attentive and accommodation — but they were out of clam chowder. Highs and lows of the visit about evened out. The wings were pretty solid — not the best I’ve had and not the worst by any means. Overall very average! Good place to stop if you want a chill atmosphere with good food, good service and aren’t expecting the world. Would I go again?: I’d probably find a new place to review.

The food is to die for, I have never had a meal I didn’t like. The staff is so very friendly and fun. Got the ribs the other night and the meat fell off the bone, it was so good. If your looking for great food reasonably priced this is the place to go.

Came here with my girlfriend and another friend. We were vacationing here and looking for a regular place to go and have some food and drinks. I had the chili and it was awesome!.. right amount of heat and incredibly flavorful… of course it’s homemade. My girl had the mac and cheese which had Ritz crackers as a topping and not lacking in cheese, but not overwhelming. Incredibly tasty. Our friend had the French onion soup which was delicious and had french baguettes. Would definitely come back here next time in the area. Our waitress was on point and we needed for nothing whether food or drink. Great job!!!

Oh yeah. .went to 405 for the first time tonight. We are local to the area and have talked about going for their chicken wing Wednesday for a long time. Well, we finally made it and am bummed that it took us so long to try 405 out. Frank was our waiter and was pleasant and answered all our questions. Our food was served almost too hot to eat. JUSTTHEWAY I LIKEIT. We ordered 4 different types of wings our absolute favorite being the dirty wings. They are crispy with a BBQ grilled flavor a new family favorite. We also ordered a cheese pizza. Although it was a bit small the flavor was delicious real mozzarella and the sauce was perfect tomatoee but no chunks. The crust was thin and was the perfect end to the other flavors. We will definitely be back. Thank you Frank for making our first visit a pleasant one.

Good food and reasonable prices. Lots of regulars at the bar so good luck if you want to sit at the bar on a Friday or Saturday night.

Had a great meal at the 405 tonight. Frank, our server, was outstanding. He genuinely cared about providing us with a good experience and was funny! The food was excellent, dirty house wings were sweet and spicy, my father had the fried clams and said that he would compare them to anywhere in Maine. The Rodeo Burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Great atmosphere, great people. Growing up in Laconia it is great to see places like this in town when I return now with my family.

There is something I need to get off my chest. I didn’t say anything when a waiter embarrassed me as I was afraid I would lose it. It has been some time now since I heard this perticular waiter say, «As he so should. As he so should.» My girlfriend had given him a credit card and he obviously tried to embaress me in the process. I will go back to tey and identify this waiter but based on another comment it sounds like the manager is just as rude which pertains to the Fra Diavlo. I ordered Fra Diavlo at another reataurant. It was so spicy I did not like it but ate it anyways.

Stopped in last night for some apps and a beer. Our waiter was fantastic, he had a great sense of humor and took great care of us. The draught beer selection was pretty small, but they had a good IPA. The food was so so. The buffalo chicken dip had a pretty good flavor, the coconut shrimp were a little dry, and the scallops were good. Something rather concerning did happen towards the end of the meal. A couple was seated behind us. One of the specials last night was Seafood fra Diavolo. The couple ordered two of the specials immediately without looking at the menu. When the food came out, the couple evidently was unaware that fra Diavolo is a red sauce. The couple sent both of the plates back and ordered something else. About five minutes later, the owner/manager came out and started to be very rude to the couple, telling them that it’s a very expensive dish to make and he had to throw away two specials because the couple was unaware of what fra Diavolo was, etc. He was extremely condescending and never once asked the couple how he, as either the manager or owner could make their experience better. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone i know. I feel bad for the waitstaff to have to put up with such a terrible manager/owner.

Love this place; the wings are amazing on 50 cent wing night and my kids all LOVETHEM ! The bartender I love(Jamie) she is attentive and always on point ! Even though this is a bar setting I can bring my four year old in to get takeout and not have someone being(rude and offensive) We love the wings, pasta and pizza is great ! This is a place where the owner is present and always greets those entering with a huge smile(great to see) I love local owned businesses that get the meaning of customer service and this place definitely DOES ! I love supporting local business rather than a corporation

Good food and good service but not a large beer selection on tap. I went on Thursday during happy hour and got Nachos that were nothing special but the blue cheese burger was great and nicely plated too. I also enjoyed the half price beers. I would go back for sure but if they had a wider selection of craft beer I would go more often.

We went to a Laconia Muskrats game last night and afterwards we stopped here to eat for the second time. Looks like they are doing well here and they do a nice job on the food. Tuesday is half price pizza night and for around six bucks you get an excellent personal pizza that is very filling and nicely prepared. We got a meat lovers and a cheese and they were terrific. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and the place was clean and pleasant to eat in. This is a nice spot and we hope they continue to prosper.

Stopped to go to another restaurant first for lunch but they didn’t open until 4, found this one on Unilocal and gave it a try. I had the 5.99 burger and a beer special the burger was awesome! Great seasoning and taste cooked to perfection. Husband had the double fisted burger, he enjoyed it but didn’t see the part where it was served in a hoagie roll, thus the name! Be sure to get the boom boom sauce for your fries, etc. Waitress was awesome we will be back!

Came with a friend when I was in town, looking for a fun place to watch the NCAA Basketball Final Four this March. This place was not fun. Poor beer selection. The closest I could get to a stout or porter was a Guinness. Being surrounded by states with such high quality craft beer offerings, I was really surprised that they didn’t seem to have anything to offer. A Sam Adams seasonal was the closest I found to anything not like a Bud/Coors. I had the nachos, which were lacking in toppings, and burnt. I can’t believe this is the best sports bar Laconia has to offer!

Clean facility and the bartender was very friendly. Beer selection — Very basic drafts. Was informed they had«everything under the sun» for bottles but no list and coolers are too far back to really see. If I were looking for a place to go have drinks it wouldn’t be here. Food — Girlfriend and I both got burgers. The french fries look hand cut and were shoestring and actually very very good. Sweet potato fries were standard. Burgers were cryo-vac chuck patties, unseasoned. Very bland. Disappointing. I’d take a Big Mac any day of the week over this. Two burgers, four drinks, with tip the bill was 50 bucks. That’s the price I’d be happy with if I had a good beer selection and felt as if I were given a quality meal. Given how underwhelming the meal was for the price, I won’t be making this a destination point any time soon.

I was so excited to see that this place was going to open. Originally what was«The Galley» restaurant from years back, has been completely re-done inside and gives it a whole new vibe and welcoming presence. There is a larger bar area, completely beautiful, with also separate stool seating behind. There was also to the side a small area for regular dining as well that felt very homey. I completely forgot our waitress’ name, but I want to say it was Sarah(darker haired girl with glasses). A very friendly and upbeat waitress who was very impressive. Listed the specials they had, gave us a decent time for deciding one choices, was very helpful with the vegan adjustments that I wanted, was not in anyway over-bearing or too visiting, and she seemed to be great at everything she did. Food was very delicious! I ended up getting the 405 Nachos, topped with various chopped vegetables and fresh avocado with salsa and guacamole on the side. My boyfriend ordered his personal favorite thing to order any where, and that he brutally critiques… coconut shrimp. He LOVED his it, and it came with what he said tasted like a fresh made ginger sauce. Taking note that we both ordered our«meals» as things off their appetizer menu. The portions were great and the prices seemed more than fair. We even ended up getting two things of take-out for a friend of ours, Mountain High Onion Rings and Buffalo Chicken Tenders. Parking is in the front for only a few spaces and also directly across the street on a quiet residential road, they have a restaurant parking lot. We got in fairly quickly, enjoyed our time and the experience. It was great to see what was an out of business place completely come to life as such a good spot in town to get dinner. We will definitely be back again soon!
