I’m new to vaping, a couple of my friends introduced me to it and I’ve had a good experience starting at The Vape Shop. So for people that are new to it I can recommend going here as Brandon helped me in getting my first vaporizer. I didn’t feel judged or ill prepared as he walked me through the process and had many recommendations for me.

We just moved to Dupont and needed to find a Vape shop asap since I am just too lazy to drive to my fave store in Puyallup. Plus, vape shop rules have changed in Pierce County because in Lacey, you can still VAPE inside the store. You can still get military discount and you can still earn points on your purchase. *WIN*
My husband wanted to go sub-ohm and John was extremely knowledgeable and helped him pick out what he needed and everything. Since this is a new shop to us, we needed to try lots of flavors and I personally LOVED that they didn’t make it seem like it was such a hassle or wasting their time. Seriously. Will definitely be back for all our vape needs :)
Edit 3÷14÷16: I took off a star because the service here is really inconsistent! And they never have what we want! Ever. My husband got hooked on rice crispy vape juice and that’s all he wants, but they never have 3mgs and no one else carries it.

I went to this Vape shop to buy a new mod and ended up buying the vapor shark DNA 200. The prices weren’t horrible here, but they were a little expensive. The guys are very friendly, Funny, and laid-back. They were very helpful I’m deciding many things. I love the music they had in the background! They made me feel like I was just relaxing at a friends house with a lot of juices and Vapes.
I feel they could do a little bit more explaining when it comes to the different kinds of mods and equipment. Just to make sure that people know exactly how to use what is being purchased. I didn’t see any sample juices, which always makes people want to buy more if they can sample some. But realistically speaking, the place is very clean, very comfortable, very relaxed and a place I could see myself hanging out at. Definitely recommend this vape, shop they do a phenomenal job.

I came to this place because I thought I broke my new vape and wondered if these guys could help. They did an excellent job getting my vape up and running again all due to my error of putting the wrong coil in. They put a new coil in and got it running and it was free of charge which surprised me. I will keep doing business here. Great customer service.

Great place to start vaping. These guys will hook you up with everything you need at a great price. My only complaint is they don’t carry my brand of juice yet. They have a respectable assortment of flavors however.
Honestly I thought id buy a vape pen and be done. But this place has sucked me into the hobby.
