We were disappointed with our recent visit. The service was lacking and the food was not the best. First they misplaced our order, which I can understand to a degree. Our waitress told us it would be a little longer, and it was a lot longer. In the mean time she never came back to check on us, offer refills or anything, she was too busy talking with her co-workers. When our food did come we got most of it, but our son had to wait longer for his Fettuccine Alfredo pasta bake. I couldn’t see any sauce, so I tried some. It was gross! It tasted like watered down turkey gravy. Needless to say it will be a long time before we step foot in there again.

I probably will not come back here again. Offered decent food, but service was slow. It wasn’t too crowded, so I don’t know what the deal was. Appetizers came after all the other food was served. Looked like two were working at the oven and two were serving making salad and prepping for sandwiches. Since food lacked a wow factor, I don’t have to come back here again.

The service was good but it was busy so they should’ve had another server… I felt bad for our server… The pizza was decent. Good pepperoni. The cheese sticks were just okay. The side salad was HUGE. Overall it was good! We’ll be back!(Btw they have good ranch)

The service was quick and our appetizer came out before our meal which is rare at some restaurants. We used the Living Social deal where we ordered cheese bread and the Tuscan Sun. The food was good and left us satisfied. We’ve been here in the past and the service was terrible but Dawn was an excellent server. We don’t go out to eat very often so it was an enjoyable experience.

My mother and I came from out of town and saw an ad for this restaraunt in our hotel book. We love Brick Oven Pizza so we decided to try something new out! We left feeling disappointed though, it just wasn’t very good tasting pizza. It was alright, just not fantastic. Although maybe I had my hopes up on something more like the Rock’s style. Nice atmosphere, it was nearly empty on a Friday night so we could at least have a good convo without shouting across the table. Nice atmosphere and service too. The food or the particular pizza we order just needs some work!

Well I really liked my last visit a couple of weeks ago! We had my moms retirement dinner and party. Getting an ok to have the party took some work but once there we had a nice area and service was very good! We will be back again.

We are native San Franciscan’s and we love pizza especially from North Beach. We just moved here, and are having a terrible time finding a good, homemade pizza. We tried Inferno’s Brick Oven… which wasn’t cheap. but…where are the toppings? and the crust was horrible .-like a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Save your money … judy

Brad, yes Friday night was the first time we visited. Very disappointed. The place was empty on a Friday night, which should have signaled something. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. 45 minutes to get our pepperoni pizza. The waitress never checked on us. Thoughts on the food: 1. Appetizer-nachos. Wouldn’t order again. Chips weren’t very good and the salsa was AWFUL 2. Pepperoni pizza. Pretty good… but not worth the wait

I love this place. Whenever I am in town, my sister and I always make it a point to stop in during their amazing happy hour! Try their nachos, they are fantastic!

I’ve had their Sunday family plate of spaghetti, meatballs, & bread sticks and just recently had their calzones. Both were yummy! My husband who grew up around lots of Italians and always complains about Washington’s version of pizza actually had a sausage pizza last time and loved it! That’s big for him! Friendly service. Only downer is my family of 5(young kids, so not huge eaters) can’t put of there for less than $ 50(Sunday spaghetti was a bit cheaper), but overall I’d say if you like pizza– check them out!

Best spot in town regardless of what time of day it is there is always good service good food and good company. The bartenders are the best. Very social and friendly. You get the sense that you are apart of a family when you walk in this place and have a beer…

Went here for the first time last night with a friend & ordered mimosas & cheesy breadsticks. Wasn’t too impressed with the service or the food. Nothing terrible though until I woke up today completely«sick». Something they served us must have been bad, I know it couldn’t have been anything else I ate that day. We were both sick all day. Will not be going back here.

I’m from out of town and used Unilocal to find them… I should have listened to ya’all…highway Robery… the crust looks good, but the pizza was tasteless. Italian sausage was like fatty Pork leftovers… super gross, and incredibly expensive.

Pizza is overpriced and I feel didn’t have the right textures or essence of a good pizza. It also didn’t really taste fresh even though it was baked on the spot. I also happened to order one of their Cheesecake Factory cheese cake slices, a small serving for $ 5, but they presented it pretty well. Customer service was really friendly and probably why I put down a two star instead of a one star Update I went here again with some friends, the server was mean and the pizza hasn’t changed

I hate having to write this, but I hated the pizza more. You guys need to figure it out, because what I’m eating isn’t worth my time or money. Sorry. 1 star. Update: Here it is, Saturday morning, exhausted from spending the night on the toilet. ZEROSTARS. I WANTMYMONEYBACK!

We came in with a large group and we were advised that they were short staffed but the service after that point was less than adequate. After an hour of waiting still not even one pizza nor a single salad had been delivered to our tables. A bit ridiculous that not even a single pizza could be brought out. There were only a couple parties in the restaurant when this happened. The frustrating part is that the staff and management had no clue that they had done anything wrong. It might be good if you are a single family but not a large group such as a baseball or soccer team. If you have a large group probably should find a different location.

Love infernos! My family really enjoys the pizza here and continues to come back. Every pizza we have tried here was really good. Even they’re regular pepperoni is good. We’re always satisfied with everything and all of the waitresses do great at checking back on us.

My husband and I recently moved to the area. We wanted to try a new pizza place and I’m glad we did. The staff is always so friendly and talk to you like they’ve known you for years. Their pizza is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are very fresh! I just wish they offered gluten free options more than what’s available. They also have the BEST wings! In my option, better wings than BDubs! I also love their happy hour hours and their daily specials!

We visited last night for the first… and likely last… time. We arrived a little after 7 on a Friday night, and expected a possible wait, but the place was almost empty. Not a great sign. On entering, we weren’t greeted right away, despite two workers talking to each other just feet from us. They eventually got the apparent hostess, who seated us. Our waitress was nice and friendly, but the food not only overpriced, but bland, and the generic side salads were way too large, entrée sized. Leaving was a little odd, too… enough I commented to my wife once outside. But despite passing several employees on the way out, there was no «thanks for coming in» or «have a good night» sort of thing… there was nothing. At. All.
