Domino’s Pizza

Looks very clean. Service is always great. We have tried other locations and only at this one have we gotten sick every time. :/

Extra large pizza is extra small. Not worth the cost and it’s not that tasty. Very oily. The box soaked up so much oil.

I feel that Domino’s pizza was actually good when they focused on pizza. This new «improvement» has such resulted in incorrect orders when done through delivery as well as sub par food quality. My family and I ordered a set of buffalo wings as well as a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza. For starters the wings were barbecue, which usually I would be OK with but the sauce used tastes like something I could purchase from the 99 cent store. The pizza as well was a pitiful excuse for us to have spent the money we spent on it. It was cold, crudely put together, and lacked the taste I once knew from Dominos PIZZA. All I know is I will not be ordering from them again until they can understand that pizza is what made them successful, maybe it is what they should stick to.

Wish i got the 2 people who were workings names so i can applaud them for their excellent customer service! They were nice and offered us great deals. Pizza was ready super fast. Thanks guys!

Pretty good pizza! My order is always filled in a reasonable time. They have a great place in store to eat if you want to. It tastes like good dominos pizza!

Really like the online ordering app. Delivery is always quick and the pizzas are hot. Have ordered delivery five times and pickup once, never had problems with quality. I remember dominos having crappy food when I was young, but they’re providing good pizzas now.

They offer gluten-​free pizza crust, but only in small size.

Pizza was terrible. I ordered a med. Pizza with pepperoni, green pepper, and olives. In stead of standard slices, they chopped it up in little 2″ squares. 6 block delivery, and the pizza was cold. Probably because it had very little on to keep it warm. Very little pepperoni, very little green pepper, very little olives, very little cheese and sauce.
Needless to say, they will receive very little business from me.
I’m going to see if Domino’s has a hit squad.

We have been ordering from this location since it opened… Tonight after my order was taken and my card was charged they called me back to tell me they dont deliver to my address. Seriously???

Very inconsistent work ethic in this store, orders have been cooked right and under cooked also think some don’t pay attention when putting the toppings on the pizza, very annoying trying to buy pizza as long as it’s not an inconvenience to the employees always seem to have more drivers than pizza makers

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible and Terrible
I called during rush hour one night to order two large pans pizzas for pick up. One cheese and one pepperoni and sausage. Upon pickup i notice one large pizza box and one medium. I asked about why one was medium and one large when both were ordered large. The cashier stated that Dominoes only has medium pan pizzas. She then asked if I received the discount. I told her, $ 27 for a large and medium pizza what does she think? She checked and the order taker rang up my order wrong. Good for her! However, now I have two pizza’s that are not enough to feed five individuals. That was the least of my problems. Upon eating the pizzas we discovered the «Cheese pizza» actually lacked «CHEESE». Yes, ¹⁄₃ of the pizza was backed CRUST! The rest of the cheese pizza was limited on cheese. The deep dish pizza lacked pizza sauce! I tore into my slice and was surprised that there wasn’t that much sauce included.
Understand, price cuts has the large pizza smaller than usual. However, cutting costs for actual ingredients not being included on the pizza is robbery of your customers. I am disgusted by this visit as I was checking out and then only to find that I bought bread, without cheese, for a meal for my family. Still amazed they could mess up a cheese pizza! We will not return.

We have ordered from here three times and each time they have screwed up our order. First two were delivery and the last was takeout. I get it they are new but get it together. And our pizza always only had toppings in the middle.

This location opened within the past two weeks and is in the same building as Thrive Community Fitness in Lacey. The shop has a nice area to wait in while your order is being prepared, and the staff is friendly. There are even a few booths in case you want to hang out and enjoy your meal there. Domino’s started redesigning the look of their stores last year to include a pizza theater section where customers can hang out and watch a big screen television. One of the things I like about Domino’s is that you can place your order online and it saves you from having to wait longer at the store when picking it up. The shopping center is not super busy, so parking is not a problem.
