Top Grade Builders Corp

I live in Southern California and as we all know, it tends to get HOT! We have vaulted ceilings but that wasn’t helping much to cool off my room in the summer. Miguel from Top Grade Builders came in just as soon as he could (very prompt) and had the job finished even before he said it would be done. Now there was no light to just switch out the fan so he had to install the electricity to make it work. I am not very familiar with these things so I can’t really explain how he did it although he did tell me. (It went over my head lol). He was very cautious and made everything look even and pretty. You could tell that he enjoys his work and is proud of it. Only excellent work from Top Grades Miguel.
Also, I had another incident. I live in a house built in 1912. You can not have too many electrical sockets going at one time but one day I did and the breaker popped off! I was stuck without AC in the middle of summer and stuck hungry because I couldn’t make anything to eat! Miguel came out again. And again he came with a swiftness! He solved the problem with the breaker and now things are running just fine, I haven’t had any problems with it since, (It used to shut off all the time!) Thank you Top Grade for not taking advantage of me being a gal. Your prices were on point and reasonable and your staff was very caring and knowledgeable. Top Grade is my go to place especially when I have electrical work to be done.
