Just had dinner with my family here. I got to say that we love this place! Service is fast and the food was delicious as always. But I would especially like to compliment there staff. Specifically one of their employees I wish I would got her name. But I loved the way she made us feel welcome and when my son accidentally made a mess spilling his drink and she cleaned it as it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you also for the chocolate dipped fortune cookies they were delicious.

Scott h. Im in full agreement with you when it comes to cleaning our own tables. «THATSTHETRUTH». Yes food is long and thats not my complaint because to me its worth it. And always delicious. What makes me give it two stars is for the following. Tables are dirty and sticky. If i can wet paper napkins it clean it in 10 seconds theres no excuse. Your window rail has dead or stuck flies. Now thats a HUGESANITARYCONCERN(EGGS). Your floor is always sticky. Yes we humans do make human errors but we do have a job to do. This establisment needs structure with firm authority about cleanliness and customer service. There are times i never get a hello. Again Food is great but ill go to del taco across the street for sanitary reasons. There always cleaning.

Very slow service — 8 minutes to order lunch– 20 minutes to get food. Not very friendly staff. Had to clean own table. Women’s restroom out of order. Lunch menu very small order, however good tasting.

The staff is friendly. I think management should lower the music, though. It’s hard to hear the people taking your order. And it’s not because I’m hard of hearing or anything. I’ve got mom hearing! I love the pad Thai, and the last time I went and shared a meal they gave me an extra plate, which was cool. My husband doesn’t like their orange chicken as much as Panda’s. But, I go there for the pad Thai and because the staff is chill about me using their bathroom when I’m doing laundry.

I eat here a lot. And my complaint isn’t about incorrect food, I rated 3 stars because I had to take my food home, place it in my freezer for 20 minutes and then wait another 5 to be able to cool the food down enough to enjoy it. We sat at the restaurant for over 30 minutes eating wontons and rice while our main dishes cooled. But it wasn’t enough. Just way to hot. My husband and I both burned our mouths trying to eat it.(P.S. We live about 15 minutes from this location).

Haven’t lived near a pickup stix in years but it tastes just as good as I remember. They have since expanded their menu to include plenty of semi-healthy and savory options. Still, I come here for their House Special chicken that I grew up on. Manager here is really nice and all of the employees are friendly. They offer student discounts and their e-club/texting is definitely worth it considering you get bogo offers every other month on entrees. Perfect for broke college students like me! Protip: call ahead if you plan on coming in during the weekday dinner rush ESPECIALLY if it is during a bogo promotion. The wait can be long, but the food is hot and fresh every time.

Ordered online and expected to be able to get my order at the designated time(11:15).When I arrived, I was rudely told, «We’re closed«. I told the woman that I had ordered online and she said that the cook had come in late(not my fault) and that there was a catering order before mine(really, I ordered online at 8:45 am for 11:15 pickup) and that I would have to wait. I asked how long and she showed me a huge order and said the wait was about 8 minutes EACH dish. I said I needed to return to work. .hence the online order. I asked that the amount be placed back on my credit card and she said that she had to take all my info and file paperwork for a refund, BUT didn’t have the paperwork handy. I don’t like giving anyone all my card data, address, etc. but had little choice. She was indifferent and rude. Bottom line, Paid money, No food! I had to go somewhere else, order and get back to work with little time to shove it down. I won’t be ordering ANYTHING at this Pick Up Stix again.

First visit at this location in many years… horrible, worst experience. This is not the staffs’ fault but the owner’s fault for food and customer services that sucks: — parked and noticed customers in the store standing around like stone pillars forever — walked in, one person ahead of me(large order) then me next, yay! — nope, guy says hold on a minute I’ll be right back — a guy takes my order, interrupts me while talking with other staff right while I’m ordering — oops, he apologies. what did you want to order? — order a Thai Chicken Salad. Guy repeats Chicken Pad? No, Thai Chicken Salad. — with all the customers standing around forever, I knew this was going to be painful — grab a chair, I’m in this for the long haul, 5 minutes later my salad arrives(can’t be) — wrong salad — when I take it back, the guy doesn’t believe he. I had to show him that Thai salads don’t have quinoa and grilled chicken — he apologizes — 20 minutes goes by and here comes another salad… oops, he turns around forgot something — 10 minutes goes by, still no salad — finally salad arrives, doesn’t look like a Thai salad, didn’t taste like a Thai salad. Had square grilled chicken with spring mix lettuce and dressing that was mashed up peanut gunk. — took one bite and asked for my money back. — waited almost an hour for that junk. — manager asked what’s wrong. I replied, «everything.» — manager credited back my account, handed me the receipt and said«it’s easier using a card.» Huh? Asked if a wanted a free entrée. What? No way. I do want to thank them though because I went down to Panda Express and they were actually cooking hot fresh food. They were organized, great customer service, about $ 3 less than Pick Up Stix, and I had my food in 5 minutes. Their chicken was hot and fresh and cooked, not some grilled pre-frozen, pre-cooked, tasteless imitation.

First time trying this place. The pad Thai was amazing. Coconut curry was just ok. The thing we liked the most was the great service we got from Caroline, at the register. She was so friendly and funny! We will deffinently be going back!

The menu provides a good amount of variety and I like that you can substitute tofu in many of their entrees. The ingredients seem fresh too. However, the food is decent at best. It is a bit oily and overly seasoned, for my taste. The is a good option option if it’s late and your only other choice is fast food. Otherwise, this isn’t the place I would choose for Chinese food. As for the service, it is very friendly. Also, if you are doing take-out, you can order online and it will be waiting for you when you get there.

This place was great! The service was amazing. food was made fresh. I had the beef broccoli, Mongolian beef, firecracker chicken, chow mein and white rice. The restaurant was clean and is better than other Chinese fast food restaurants.

My fiancée and I just got back home from eating here. The staff was great but not speedy. My wife ordered the sweet and sour chicken entrée and I ordered the Kung Pao chicken entrée. We waited 15 minutes before the food came out and we were the only ones in there who ordered. When the food came we were shocked that we paid 30+ dollars for a meal to be served to us on disposable plates and plastic forks. The food came in togo containers when we ordered the meal for here. When we started eating we noticed right away that at the bottom of both of our entrées were pools of the selected sauces our meals had. Because the sauces were drizzled on so think it made my meal too salty and her meal way to sweet and wet. I’m writing this review from the bathroom currently. And I’m haunted by the smells of the food I ate. In conclusion although the staff is very nice the food is over saturated and over priced and I definitely do not recommend such a place for awhile. Things have to change before going back and I only say that because I don’t believe in one meal being the end all be all. P. s. My fiancée is diabetic so now we have to go somewhere else to eat so that her blood sugar doesn’t go low. Diabetics don’t waste a shot on this place. Not until things change.
