Horrible experience!!! I ordered from this place for the first time this past weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food delivery and customer service! I ordered a delivery order of the Chicken Alfredo Dinner and Cajun Chicken Alfredo. When we received the order, all that was on the pasta was chicken and cheese, no Alfredo sauce at all. I called the store to let them know, assuming there had been a mistake, and I was very rudely informed that I messed up and didn’t check that I wanted Alfredo sauce? Who wants «Chicken Alfredo» without the Alfredo, when it clearly states in the description that it comes with Alfredo sauce? I assumed he would make things right by offering me sauce, and I was even willing to go pick it up, but he rudely said, «I know they have Alfredo sauce on both of them because I made them myself!» I took the dinners back to the store and was then told the sauce was missing, but he was unable to refund my money, and that I would have to call the number online to get my money back. Really?!! I explained that if he wouldn’t have argued with me and just offered the Alfredo sauce, that should’ve been on it in the first place, I would’ve been happy with that. He then said, «I’m busy!» I stood in the store and he was yelling at me, but I refused to leave until he refunded my money. The quality of the food was disappointing, and the customer service I received was horrible! I don’t recommend this store at all! If your searching for delicious Italian delivery food with excellent customer service call Jets, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, or Papa John’s! Go anywhere but here!!!

Moving day=pizza!!! I normally order papa johns but wanted to try something new… OMG I’ve been sleeping on this place!!! Delivery was so quick and pizza was hot and just like I love it! Will def order from them again

If you want to eat in Laverne you gotta get Roma pizza and pasta also the service was nice

I was sick of the chain pizza places so I decided to give this place a try. I went with a thin crust sausage and spinach. Being from Chicago, aside from deep dish, thin crust is where it’s at. This is the closest pizza comparable that I’ve found yet! And they deliver.

This is one of the best pizza in town. They are always nice and gives excellent service too.
You are missing a treat if don’t ordered pizza from them.

We ordered from here to our hotel. After about 1hr and 20 min the pizza was finally here. Pizza was below average, wings not very good either. The dessert was good and it was worth eating again. We were not very impressed.

Very delicious food to eat. We got to our hotel late and ordered food from them. Very delicious and ample amount of food to eat. We ordered salads and spaghetti and it was the best food considered it was delivery. I would definitely order food from them again.

Today we went in to do some research for catering next month. We were BEYOND impressed w/​the customer service from the manager Kamal. We ordered 2 lunch size portions of the Chicken Alfredo and Spaghetti & meatballs… We asked if we could have just a spoonful of the Pasta Primavera & Ziti so we could see if we would want them at our banquet.
Not only did he give us full size entrees of the ziti & primavera but didn’t charge us for those 2 portions– also included breadsticks. This was a win-​win for both of us as we LOVED every last dish and we are going to be having their food catered to 200+ people! Thanks so so much for your time & great pasta!
