The worst Lowe’s store ever hardly anybody willing to help you with a few great exceptions. They should fire the people that are not there to help and give the ones a raise that actually know their job. The lack of knowledge of inventory is brain busting but why should anybody care it’s a business in Allegany county in other words foul people with no business skills. Save your cussing and go shop in Hagerstown.

I just purchased a new Troy built Snow Blower filled it with Gas and before I used it at all, all of the gas leaked out so I took it back to Lowes for warranty repair. I’m now being advised that they want $ 150 to repair an obvious Manufacturing defect.
An Amazing lack of common sense at Lowes But wait I just got a call from Ray at Lowe’s Executive offices and they agreed to cover the defect repairs at no cost. After many earlier phone calls delighted this was resolved and they will now stand behind the products they sell

Great selection of plants. This place has a nice greenhouse with a huge array of plants. I actually thought they had more inventory than my local Lowe’s but that may be due to lack of competition in the area. We find two lovely rose bushes here.
The only downside to this place is that the entrance seems to be in a bad place. This place would be easy to miss since it is atop a hill.
