Legacy Villas At La Quinta

From the start, this place is amazing. It’s money really well spent. The location to the polo fields is a simple 10 minutes with traffic. The views… They are incredible.
The room is incredibly clean and so big – maybe 1200sq/​ft? We got two massive king beds and two large patios. The grill was a nice touch. Everything is so convenient and nice. To be honest, I was well impressed.

Took my kids here for their birthday. The pools are amazing and we all had such a great time. The rentals are all very clean and the property is very well maintained. I highly would recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back. Great trip all around. Was sad to leave…

On first look the prices for these condos are ok. BUT… don’t make a misstep as there are «extra charges» for EVERYTHING. You will also get a long list of housekeeping duties if you can get them done before 11 AM when you must be out or you will be charged. Also be careful of your air conditioning or you might be charged. Go figure how you are going to keep your unit 20 degrees lower than 120 degrees outside !!! Really ??? So sad we planned a summer weekend here. We may cancel yet. There communication is SOOOooooo unfriendly. All those extra charges apparently go to pay attorneys. Obviously NOT into PR this group.

This is resort living at it’s best. Great area and lay out for guests.
Not Tennis on site, but you can go to other locations to play with the parking pass they give you while you’re staying here.

Coachella and stagecoach fans — if you are staying at legacy villas 2014 — get ready for big changes– the homeowners would like you to come and enjoy our property be respectful and abide by HOA rules&regs. There will be no pool parties, loud music, late night noise. There will be extra security on board plus the sheriff on property each night.

Lovely place to stay in La Quinta. Very family friendly and quiet/​calm outside of the music festival weekends, which you should avoid unless you are in to that. The condos are spacious, the grounds are beautiful.

We stayed here over the Coachella weekend and it was such a lovely place to come back to. We all rented bikes and it took about 30 mins. Full a/​c was such a lovely treat after hours upon hours baking and sweating in the sun. It’s a lovely home and really gets you in that «vacation» mood. As much as I love my home, I could spend an extra couple of weeks, here. There are couple of pools in the area but between the hours of 1 – 6 pm it’s as packed as a Vegas hotel pool. Free WiFi and cable will allow you to relax, get informed, and lounge around.
All the rooms are huge, as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and there really isn’t anything else that you need other than your own food and drink. You can even wash your clothes so if you’re heading to Coachella, pack light, because you could pretty much wear the same thing all the way through the weekend.
Even though most of the people in the homes were going to Coachella it was so quiet both during daylight or night — though if you wanted to find a party it wouldn’t be hard.
So, if you’re heading up to Coachella and you have about 4 ppl in your group, rent a home. It’s cheaper, nicer, and far more luxurious than the rat hole hotels that you would end up paying the same price for. Just make sure to book early!

my one of gf’s parents have a place here and some weekends we like to get a gaggle of us together take a short trip down here just to chill out and hang by the pool.
the legacy villas are located right next to la quinta so its a little bit of hike to the actual resort. we rode our bikes to dinner at the resort the main entrance and it was about 3 minutes by bike. the legacy villas themselves have several pools throughout the complex as well as a main clubhouse pool that serves light bites and drinks. right next to the pool is a grove of palm trees with hammocks strung up between them for guests to enjoy.
if you are a guest at the legacy villas you get access to all of the la quinta resort amenities so you don’t just have to stay in the villas compound you can go to any of the pools or the tennis facility etc.
the condos are gorgeous, they have gorgeous kitchens and large living rooms as well as beautiful covered patios for outdoor dinning. each of the bedrooms has a separate outdoor key card entrance so you can just rent out one bedroom instead of the whole 3 bedroom kit and caboodle. every bedroom has a large bathroom with separate bath and shower the bedrooms have fireplaces and mini fridges. so each bedroom is really like suite of its own.
also if you go in the spring check out the grapefruit trees planted all around the resort they bear very delicious fruit
