HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a specific jumper because my child asked for a specific jumper for his 5^th birthday. I was told by the owner it was available. Two days before the party, I was informed that jumper was torn and not available. I was promised a bigger and better jumper as compensation; however, the day of the party, a traditional castle was delivered. When I called the owner, she told me the one she promised me was also ripped and there was nothing she could do. The customer service and communication was horrible. I have ordered from this business many times in the past, but this will be the last. I was told by the owner she would not argue with me, and if I was not content with the traditional castle that was delivered, then her delivery men would pick up the jumper and leave. This was all taking place 1 hour before my child’s 5^th birthday party. The only good thing was the delivery men. Very respectful!

Never renting here again. super expensive and dirty. the jumper we ordered was so dirty. I had my son clean it out. I called and complained and all the lady said was OK I’ll let them know… so unprofessional.
