A+++++++ service experience, I changed header and all after cat pipes for my Stan. The work is perfect, the sound is like a beast in my car. After installation, I found some noise under the car and I went to shop twice, the dude is cool and solved all my trouble in 10 mins. Have no more words to say, this shop is your first choice when you want to do something special on your car.

They have great prices and are on top of things! They put a new muffler on my challenger and wow it was quick. They had everything is stock :) compared to other places I checked out, this place beat them all. Thank you.

A++ Experience… Got the tips ordered and they arrived the next day. Brought my Bimmer in, and JR did an excellent job making sure everything was aligned correctly and that the tips were even coming out of the bumper. Will definitely keep recommending friends and family here, as we’ve been coming down here for years. Keep up the good work guys!

I’m just going to start out by saying that we were referred here by a friend but my experience with the employee Juan Carlos, the guy who does mufflers on Mondays apparently, was unbelievably rude and mean. I usually don’t take my time to give a terrible review but I’ve never experienced this level of attitude in my life. Sounds over exaggerated right? Wish it was.
First off, we called Sunday to ask if they carried a part, they said yes, we drove 30 min there and they didn’t have it. But that was fine, the employee working that day was nice and told us they were getting a shipment in the next day that would include the part we needed. He also told us to call in the next morning to double check. We called around 10 Monday morning, he said to call back and ask for Juan Carlos.
Juan Carlos answers. We kindly ask a simple question, «Hi I was wondering if you have so and so part in?» His response, «What? Nah man I can’t help you, you need to come in and check. I can’t help you.» (Attitude) At first I was confused, like did I say something wrong? So I respond, «Oh I came in yesterday and they told me you were getting a shipment of parts with my part with it at 2 pm. I was just wondering if it was there yet.» His response, «What are you talking about, I can’t help you. I work Monday’s.» Mind you he was responding really angry and rude for some reason. I just responded with «Ummm, okay? I guess I won’t do any business with you then.» So he just responds, «Ya, mhm, alright then.»
Really strange, I can kind of understand if I was being an asshole, but I literally asked him one question nicely and he responded immediately pissed off out of nowhere. Never experienced something like that. So weird, especially since the day before everything was fine.

This is one of those hole in the wall shops, kind of hidden, but does great work! Came in get two pipes flanged and tips welded onto my Evo X and did great work. Also for the priced compared to a different shop I went to, literally charged me half of what the other shop quoted me. Owner is a really nice and efficient guy.

This is a review towards the installation of my own products. I came here to get my Enthuza XR & Midpipe for my MsM installed the same day I received it. (9/​18/​15.) The owner worked on my car, he did an awesome job and was out in less than an hr. I personally called different locations to get a quote and hands down this place beat all of them.

I have been going to Valley Muffler since 1998. I had them install a flowmaster onto my Jeep CJ7 at the time. Since then, they have installed exhausts, cats, etc on numerous cars I have owned over the years. Knowledgeable techs and great pricing has kept me coming back for over 17 years. The owner is a cool dude who is always willing to work with you. Trust Valley Muffler to get the job done!

Came to the Original Valley Muffler today to have my resonators removed and JR did excellent work. The sound is great, exactly what I wanted. He took his time to make sure I was happy with everything. I also had an oil change. Everyone here is super cool and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Just got my Camaro SS hooked up here at the Original Valley Muffler Shop with a full exhaust… The customer service is excellent!!! They get the job done with no problem and their prices are great. I highly recommend this spot!!!

I came here several times to get work done. First I had simple flow master set up (not to bad) and then I came here after I bought my Roush side exhaust kit. Then again to complete the side exhaust tips. When it came to my side exhaust they did a horrible job and i didn’t know until i took it to get realigned as my tips weren’t flushed how i would have liked em. Luckily I went somewhere else and they walked me through what was wrong with the set up. save your money and go somewhere else. If you have a beater and don’t mind getting what you pay for, I guess come here.

Guys here are amazing with great prices, quality, and very professional. Been coming to them for at least 12 years and I would highly recommend for any to come here hands down. Ask for Carlos and he will be able to help you out with any muffler related questions or work.

Hands down, THE best muffler shop I have ever been to. Positive workers, and quality service. They will help you out with any of your auto or exhaust needs! I highly recommend valley muffler! Best around the SGV area .Got recommend here about three years ago. I honestly wouldn’t choose any other place. I’ve been taking my cars here for exhaust replacement parts, suspension work. They know how to get the job done very friendly they make sure the job is done the way the customer wants. To top it all off the prices they quote you is best around cant complain. The elderly owner make sure you get the best experience and service done.

These guys are decent works an offer good pricing I took my 1966 Chevelle Supersport to get muffler job and they did flowmasters with down piping!

Been coming here for a while now great service and the owner himself often helps me out with my exhaust. Came here today for a fix it ticket getting it removed and reinstalling my x02 for cheap.

This is definitely the Original Valley Muffler that’s off Azusa Blvd. Good prices, good work, and on time with the repairs and new installs that they hooked up on my rides. I don’t go anywhere else but here.

I’ve been going to the Original Valley Muffler on Valley and Nogales Behing the McDonalds since about 1998 or so. They have now relocated behind the Taco Del Rio on Azusa and Valley Blvd. Don’t mistake this place for the Other Valley Muffler on Valley @ the 605. When it comes to exhaust work and finish welding there are not many shops you can go to. From my race car to daily driver to family members cars The Original Valley Muffler has been taking care of me for over 15 years. Never had any problems with sales service or customer orientation what so ever! Talk to Juan or Don and get it done right the first time!

I believe in second chances and that people can change for the better.
After searching/​visiting a few exhaust shops in the OC area I found myself back at Valley Muffler to have work done to my 2010 BMW X5M. I decided to give them another chance at similar work to the below written experience. Night and day compared to my previous experience there. The owner and 3 sons who are the technicians were very welcoming, approachable, and knowledgeable to exactly what I wanted done, which was a muffler delete, 3″ piping with mandrel bends to a 2.5″ y-​pipe — dual 4″ tips. They worked in a timely manner did high quality work and more importantly are reasonably priced.
Funny thing is they remembered me and conducted themselves very professionally despite my negative Unilocal review. I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review because I believe they truly really deserve it. Also, they have a wide variety of exhaust tips in stock compared to many exhaust shops in the area.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Valley Muffler renders business in a very unprofessional and unethical manner. Not to mention they have the worst customer service.
My Experience:
I came in to have my rear mufflers deleted on my E60 BMW M5. Should be a simple procedure for a «professional» exhaust shop that has been in business for over 10 years, right? (Two sets of dual tips welded to two custom Y-​pipes)
Anyway, I was quoted the job should take 2.5 hours minimum to 3.5 hours maximum.
The installer was 10 – 15 minutes from completing the job when I had a simple request to adjust the driver side exhaust 1 finger length to the left to match up with the passenger side. He attempted to persuade me to believe the adjustment he made was correct, but when I disagreed he was upset and said «that is as good as it’s gonna get, I’ve been working on your car for 2.5 hours already and that’s what we quoted you.» I told him that he has been working for 2 hours and 20 minutes and technically I had another hour of his time to finish the job.
I asked to speak to the manager/​owner, which I did. They then attempted to persuade me that the OE bumper was off and their work was correct. Come on, really? A MSRP $ 100,000 BMW M5 was going to have a rear bumper that was off? Anyway, I asked them to simply adjust the entire driver side exhaust half of an inch to the left and the problem would be solved. They insisted that they were correct and the customer was wrong. (Driver side had two finger gap and the Passenger side had a single finger gap).
Finally, I accepted that I would not win the argument and directed them to finish the job multiple times, even with the 2 finger gap. I just wanted to the job to be done and not have wasted 3 hours and 20 minutes of my life waiting there. 1 hour waiting to be served and another 2 hours and 20 minutes of work.
Valley Mufflers solution: Cut the exhaust off and send the customer on there way in a rude and degrading manner.
Valley muffler received one star only because one star is the minimum.
MY RATING: negative 5 stars.

At first, I was recommended to Valley Mufflers from a friend and I went to the wrong place with the same name. The service was good but the work was not satisfactory until I found the right shop, which is located between Fullerton and Nogales off Valley Blvd.
Glad I finally found the right place because they do very good job, fast service, and have good competitive prices. I went to get full custom exhaust done on my 64 ½ Mustang and was very satisfied with their work, so satisfied that I took my Jeep, Bel-​Air, Lexus, Bmw, PT Crusier, and Harley to do other welding and muffler jobs.
