Yummy fresh tacos! We have tried the beef, carnitas, and the al pastor… DELICIOUS. Order the tacos with their French fries and you’ll be golden!

Delicious Mexican food! So tasty and loaded with toppings but I always phone order to go because the location is not very appealing and to avoid the wait. Also they only accept cash. That’s a big — ! Delicious carne asada fries.

Stop at this place on my way to a job around the area. It did not let me down, I had 2 lengua special tacos and a Al Pastor Burrito Special. They had good amount of meat and were very tasty. I will will sure stop by any chance I get!

I only reason why I decided to try this establishment is because of the long lines when I pass by this place. I had an al pastor burrito and the meat was tough! Sure it cured my hunger, but it wasn’t as tasty as I thought. And they use cabbage instead of lettuce, All in all, it was a mediocre experience at best.

I came here for the first time yesterday night. I got their Asada fries since I heard it was really good. There was kinda a long line that I had to wait for like half an hour. It’s ok though. I ate the Asada fries and I must say it is good. Really really good! I love it. I didn’t get to finish it all since I was the only one who was eating it. Still, it was worth it. I love that they give you a lot portion of it. You get what you paid for. Can’t wait to go again. I’ll for sure recommend this restaurant to my love ones.

Food is good but place is terrible. The location is close to the street and when I went a couple of weeks ago there was rats passing right by the Building.

Can’t complain, good food never disappointed. But sometimes the lines can be really long. They messed up on my order but the stuff they gave me was still good.

Always the long line during lunch and dinner hours. Had to see what it was all about. Definitely pretty good tacos, burritos and carne asada fries as most mention. The lengua and al pastor were pretty good. The asada was alright, a bit on the dry end. Luckily for the guac and cheese to help with the asada. I do like the asada fries, though the price is a bit on the high side. It seems you get just as much meat as a burrito. Definitely very cheesy for all the dishes.

All the meat lovers should come try this place out. Basically the burrito is all filled with meat and cheese, it is definitely a heavy meal.

Good tacos in the area. Reasonable, tasty Mexican food :) tacos run for about $ 1.50, $ 2.00 if you want to make it «special» with guacamole and sour cream. Burritos are about $ 6. Meat is flavorful and they are super generous with the toppings like cheese. Came here about 3:30pm for a super late lunch, and there was still a short line, which shows how people love the food here.

God damn… why do you have to be so close to my work?! It is a blessing and a curse all in one. There goes my Coachella diet… A coworker of mine introduced me to this little gem a week ago. It’s not hard to miss. It’s a stand alone building with no indoor seating. They do have a few tables outside for people who really want to eat there, but most customers will order it to go. Their must have is their ALLMEATLENGUABURRITO. & When they say all meat… they don’t mess around. They pack it up. The lengua is perfectly flavored and juicy. It went well with the cabbage, salsa, and guacamole. I never find places with all meat burritos so it was interesting to finally be able to try one. Some tips… This place only takes cash even though there’s no «cash only» sign. There is also no salsa bar so don’t forget to ask for some to go if you need more. The line also gets very long so I suggest coming a few minutes before lunch(12PM). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised to find this traditional Mexican spot in the middle of the Chinese hub that is City of Industry. I will definitely be back for more.

Were hooked! As many years as I have been eating Asada fries I have finally found the King. I shared a order with my wife and we almost had a second. The fries are the best ive ever eaten, cooked perfectly, crunchy outside and fluffy inside. The Asada was soft and juice not hard and fatty like everyone does it. The cheese and sour cream is the icing on the cake. If they allow it im going to try Al Pastor fries next time. The tacos Al Pastor were ridiculous. I ordered two of the specials without cabbage. After squeezing the lemons on them it was delicious flavor filled explosion in my mouth. My wife had a Al Pastor Torta. It was a bit challenging for her to eat but she finished it and loved it. About 9:00 last night, my wife asks me «What time does TDR close?» LOL, we’ll be going back sometime this week. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Place is awesome, line was long, but that says you are in for a good meal. If you want great Mexican food, you have found it. I ordered their AL Pastor Burrito and it was great, the guys were very friendly and fast. No indoor seating, benches are old and they wobble but not a turn off, this is a hole in the wall after all and is what makes it so great. I will be back when in the area.

First of all: CASHONLY.(At least I think so because I always see everyone paying with cash) This place is down the street from my job, all the options of eateries are usually a short drive but this place is super convenient and a lot closer. As far as the line, I’ve gotten lucky it wasn’t long when I went. I have only tried the special $ 2 tacos with everything. I really like them! I have tried asada, chicken and lengua. The chicken is slightly spicy. Can’t wait to try more on their menu. Besides that, I kinda wish the inside of the kitchen looked a little cleaner… I don’t see women working here so they could use one to make sure they clean everything right! Haha.

This dumpy lil restaurant doesn’t look like much but it’s hella good! Probably one of the best places for Mexican food in the 626. The lines for lunch and dinner are loooong but it moves quickly. I came during midday so there was no wait. I always get the special taco and special burrito. Both with carne asada. These guys aren’t stingy with anything. They throw on meat and cheese like its nothing. It’s soooo damn good. Parking isn’t a problem. The staff aren’t too chatty but I don’t expect them to be. This place is great for what it is… a good, fast and inexpensive meal. I’ll definitely be back.

Picked up a friend from LGB and on the way home decided to stop for some tacos. When you get in line and everyone is ordering in Spanish at a place that sells Mexican food, you have a pretty good idea that you’ll be in good hands. My friend ordered four special tacos, al pastor, asada, lengua, and buche. I stuck with the pastor. We both agreed that the pastor was good, but at 2 bucks a taco there was nothing that stood out about them. Average size and, forgive me for I might be speaking heresy, average flavor. Taco Del Rio has always been a place I wanted to visit simply for the fact that there always seems to be a line at night every time I drive by. Having tried it and having read some of the reviews, the hype did not meet the reality. At the end of the day, this joint is A OK, but nothing more

GOTOPLACEFORCARNEASADAFRIESINROWLAND! Been coming here since high school, and it is that fix you just need of fries covered in guac, cheese, and carne asada! I love the crinkle cut fries better than thin fries like at molca salsa because you actually taste the potato! The portion is enough for two and I love the mozzarella cheese on top so much better than cheddar! It’s definitely risen in price over the years it’s about $ 11 but there’s just so much food. We also got a lengua quesadilla, not the most common order, this was our first time trying it but it is on point, the quesadilla is huge! And the lengua(beef tongue) is so much more tender than carne asada. Got a horchata to top it off. What is a Mexican fast food meal without horchata?! Get both hot sauces, personally I like the green hot sauce better, that jalapeño base is delicious.

Even though the signs said tax is included with the prices, tax wasn’t included. At least for me! I’ve always seen the lines at this place every single time I’ve driven by and I’ve always wonder how the food tasted and I finally had the opportunity to do so last night! At $ 6.60 for a carne asada combo burrito, it was a good amount of food. Unlike a lot of places, rice was not found at the combo burritos here. It consisted simply of beans, meat, chopped onions and cabbage. Then, it was topped with a layer of cheese. And what is the verdict? I liked it! The carne asada was actually meat that’s cut after it is cooked(think the steak you get at Chipotle). The beans, along with the chopped onions and cabbage, made it more flavorful. The layer of cheese that topped it, melted, and made it taste almost like a quesiburrito. Since it was my first time, I had their salsa on the side. The red salsa was the typical, but the green was fantastic. It had a very unique flavor and tasted even more spicy than the red! Next time, I’ll definitely ask for the green salsa inside the burrito.

Bomby loaded Mexican tacos! You can get a taco choosing the meat you like but ask for it special and you will get cabbage, cream, cheese and chile!!! I think you get onion too but I don’t like that! It’s so yummy that my mouth is watering right now. The carnitas are my fave! You must also try the Carne asada fries which are loaded with cream, guacamole, cheese, meat, and chile! The fries are made fresh to order so it all comes out nice and hot!!! Squeeze some lemon on them and bam it’s amazing! Super bummed this place isn’t right around the corner from me but it’s worth a little drive. Place is small with some outside seating and make sure to bring cash! Line is long but it moves pretty fast!
