So I have to tell you, I drive out all the way from Riverside and only come here for all my dental needs!
First the receptionist is always up beat and ALWAYS remembers my name! I also never have to wait to be seen which is always nice (although I almost always make an appointment!!)
Second, both docs are quick and efficient! I had my wisdom teeth removed last summer. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover complete sedation only numbing which I was terrified for! The doctor brought me to numbed my gums and started the process. He kindly poked my gums in order to make sure i was fully numb to insure i could not feel him pulling my wisdoms. I have to tell you hearing my wisdom teeth pulled hurt more then the actual process! When he got to the third tooth he sensed that it was starting to become painful and quickly reapplied more numbing stuff and waited until it was completely numb before resuming, which i kindly appreciated. When we got to the very last one my body betrayed me and started crying, he informed me that he refused to continue because he did not want to subject me to more pain. I was really shocked that he genuinely cared about how I was feeling and thought he would just finish the job anyway!
I went back to have my stitches removed and everything went fine. They are just really nice genuine folks who work there and care about their patients.
Went back a month later and had my last tooth removed and a filling. He asked me if i wanted to keep my teeth, to which i kindly declined cuz they were pretty ugly and plus they tortured me pretty badly while they grew in. Last thing i did want to mention on my wisdom teeth they were fully grown in and exposed when I had them removed.
Needless to say I am extremely happy with them and will continue to go to them whenever my teeth need maintenance cuz they are just awesome, both of the dentist who work at this office!
