Pizza Hut

Called in to make a delivery order at 10:37 pm and the man who took my order was very patient and helpful! I believe his name is Cesar (that’s what my receipt says) My order was a little complicated
But he was great and got it down perfectly!
Medium pizza hand tossed, no cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, pineapple, jalapeños, spinach and no garlic butter for the win! The delivery man with the cool pony tail was also great! Thanks staff!

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut for years and never had a problem with the delivery guy. I am so disgusted with the service from the driver Kevin. I was sick and needed for him to come to my door to bring me pizza and he didn’t like being told what to do so he made up a story saying the cops told him to leave. Why would the cops make a pizza guy leave? That driver Kevin has ruin me ordering from Pizza Hut again. And when I tried to explain that to the girl at the pizza store they never offered to fix it. Yes I wanted my money back! No pizza no payment. Pizza Hut needs to pick more empathetic drivers that don’t let there pride get in the way to provide excellent service. If only Pizza Hut could hear the way Kevin spoke to me on the phone.
I am putting 1 star just so I can post. This place deserves no stars.

Pizzas come out okay, they are an average 3 stars. They do not honor the $ 5 Flavor Deal.

Pizza Hut on orange and Amar Rd. not even a 1 star only because I have to.

I’ve been here 5 or 6 times now with my family to dine in. Never encountered a rude employee. They’ve been courteous and helpful. I’ve had them come to my table asking if we needed anything and how everything is going.
They have a TON of TV’s to watch different sports and even Disney and Nickelodeon playing for the kids.
One time they forgot to give us our chicken wings, but made up by giving us a couple extra.
My kids love the little «game room» they have little machines to buy balloons which the kids always seem to enjoy.
I’ve never had a bad pizza served here. Sometimes the breadsticks come out to dark (could be the oven).
We love coming here and will continue to do so

Cheap cheap cheap!!! This place will do whatever they can to save a few pennies. Do not support a place like this! DO NOT GO HERE!
First of all, this place does not honor the deals that are given online. When you input this location, all the deals change. And to top things off, if you order the more expensive «deals» it will not let you place the order. What i wanted to order was a $ 7 1 topping medium when other places were giving $ 5 mediums. So i decided to call them to order (big mistake). I asked «how much is a 1 topping medium pizza?» And the woman then says «oh you want to order a medium pizza, let me have your phone number.» I then tell them no, that i wanted the ptice first. At this point she gets surprised as if it were something completely out of the ordinary. And she tells me the price is $ 13.99!!! RIDICULOUS! I then tell her that i had that same pizza in my cart online for $ 7. She than asks that how did i order that pizza online if they dont accept credit cards… What? … So i tell her that i never put a credit card. They dont even allow you to pay online so why the hell would i say that i put my card info… You ha e to pay in person. She then says that i must have used a coupon code to add it and that they dont accept coupon codes. RIDICULOUS! I didnt even use a coupon code. I tell her that, and she gets really annoyed at this point. She knows exactly what shes doing shes just mad i didnt fall for her usual tricks. So i just hang up and ended up ordering from another pizza hut online (which gave me the deals without any error… What a surprise).
Ill never go back to this pizza hut. This employee was very rude and im sure she was just folloeing managenent order. Therefore the manager of this place is at fault and should not be working at this place.
Btw i ended up ordering on amar rd and orange. Small pizza hut but its great for carryout. They were not rude at all and they had my order ready right away.
Dont take your business to places that dont deserve it. You are doing them a favor by buying at a certain store, not the other way around.

Looks clean and nice at first glance, but take a deeper look and you’ll see they have dirty employees and a dirty restaurant. One of the dudes that works there smells like ass (every day), if you walk past him you’ll know what I’m talking about. On top of that, this guy handles the pizzas with his hands when they come out of the oven. I don’t think I saw him wash his hands once the whole time I worked there. Apart from him, most of the employees are rude and unfriendly. They don’t wash the dishes thouroughly either. They don’t train their employees.

The service is horrible. One person working the order counter with multiple people standing in line. The place needs management help ASAP!

Waited an hour and twenty minutes for my delivery pizza and I called back just to have them tell me it was never ordered. It was a company dinner for our one year celebration. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut.

Not accommodating at all! If you are covering a store because they had a fire you need to cover delivery area as well. I’m not about to drive the extra distance! I’m the customer! Accommodate me!

Horrible customer service. They lied to me saying they «knocked on my door» and didnt call me because they had the wrong number but when I called they used my phone number to get my info. Multiple experiences like this. Overall poor management and horrible work ethics from the employees. Manager did not care I had kids that were hungry waiting to eat.

Not the best place to Sydney a pizza only because the seating area is very hard and uncomfortable. The pizza is very greasy and not the best tasting. The wings are also very greasy and not cooked as long as they should be. The workers don’t always have the best attitude. But then again they’re young and what young person has a good attitude anyway is generations lost. But anyway I can hit or miss with this pizza joint and I choose just not to go there anymore.

The salads here are amazing! The service is great! I was helped out by Heather n I was treated so friendly and quick! Just how I like my dining experiences! This is by far my favorite Pizza Hut!

Friendly service and great food. Love their cookie! They always have seats this is the place to be when looking for a place go chill and eat a quick meal.

This Pizza Hut location is a bit confusing. Depending how you order it, makes a big difference. When I order pizza online, the experience is great! Never fails to have my order correct; never charged extra for cheese or for the new Crust flavors. I really enjoy Pizza Hut online!
However, this actual location, when dining in, needs some improvements! First of all, even though they have online ordering and digital coupons now, they only accept paper coupons («We have to staple them to the receipt!») and that’s just an odd, outdated system to have! On impulse, who has time to print a coupon?! In store, they charge for extra cheese and sauce. Not uncommon, but why charge in store but not online? They always have problems getting the orders right here too. While waiting in line, the 3 people ahead of me ALL had something wrong with their order! And to make it worse, the employees had this «Oh well!» attitude and hopeless demeanor. One man ordered a beer but they accidently gave him a soda. They did not want to correct the mistake, and when they gave in, they charged him the difference! I say, if you mess up, just comp the drink, man! I had gone in with my girl and her dad, ended up with a full large pizza; so I go to ask for a large box to take home. The lady asked, «Well did you eat here?». Seriously?! No, I ate at home and drove here to ask for a box! I answered yes. She came back with the smallest box they could give. It fit about 2 or 3 slices at most. I told her that the box wouldn’t do, as I had a whole large pizza left. She made a face, like, «Man, I have to actually work!» and got the bigger box that was requested in the first place! Do your job right, you won’t have to correct your mistakes!
The actual location itself is nice in terms of decorations, cleanliness and family appeal. They have an arcade and ALOT of televisions. All on sports. All on the SAME game! Switch it up a little eh? How bout Disney or Nickelodeon for the kids with no attention span? A sitcom for people that don’t like sports?! Tailor to all your guests, not just the jocks!

I mean for a Pizza Hut this place is great! Clean and modern the staff is super nice! I really enjoyed my experience here! The tvs are big and the beer is the coldest beer and the glasses are iced! What more can a hockey girl ask for!!! GO KINGS GO!!!

They should offer a buffalo wing party platter I can get for a whole family because I can eat 24 wings all by myself.

It was at the last minute… I was looking for a restaurant for my kids and I found this place, I totally have a good experience… my daughter is six-​years… she was asking me why all the Sports channels One employed came to us put One of the TVs with cartoons

This spot is awesome. There service is always great. I mainly come here cause the staff is so polite and friendly. Kinda treat you like a king. Come out here and check it out and enjoy the great service. My food was great like always. They actually took a little longer then normal in the pizza due to a kitchen error so they gave me free bread sticks and sauce. This was the first time eating there bread sticks and they were pretty dam good looks like I just discovered a new treat by accident. Thanks Pizza Hut crew in la puente.

Ordered online. There’s a countdown clock to let you know when your order would be ready. You also get an e-​mail with the time your order will be ready.
I didn’t get my order for another 10 minutes. That’s 10 minutes of me just standing around inside. Although, they did have a bunch of big screen TV’s. The inside reminds me of a cleaner Buffalo Wild Wings.
When I got my order, the guy, Philip, was very condescending. First of all, I asked if they had paper plates. He said «no» in a very rude way. Okay, dude. I just asked nicely. I then asked for crushed red peppers. It’s like he didn’t want to grab right below him to grab a few packets of crushed red peppers.
He then asked me, «Did you pay?» Made it seem like I can’t afford a damn pizza. Yes, I paid when I got in. The receipt shows it too. Yes, the receipt that you have in your hand.
Nice place compared to the one one down the street that has closed. But that one employee can ruin your experience. That one employee here is Philip or whatever. And he needs to go to Customer Service School.
