Best BLT I’ve ever had! I always invite friends to try. Nina is very nice. I go there so much she already know how it like my BLT and that I need NEED a side of ranch. Lol. It’s the little things that count.

Nina never disappoints, call in my order on the way to the office cruise through and pick up my order… Recommend the breakfast sandwich, basically a BLT with egg but Nina’s twist is that she make the egg with chopped green chilies that my friends is the difference maker… Also her breakfast burrito with chorizo is very good and plenty for two to share…

This is a great blue-​collar breakfast joint. The portions are large and the service is very friendly. Most of the patrons are older regulars who sound like they have been coming here for years.

I had the burger and fries and it was delicious! I like the way they lightly season their fries, I wish I was eating them now! I cannot wait for the Sept. 21^st Artwalk to see the artwork by Rosie Girl Art and get my order of fries!!!

Rude people work there they act like they own a 5 star place. I walked in and walked out disgusted they cleaning the place smells like wet rag the girl at the front was too busy on the phone not looking at me as I walked up. She walked to the back real quick I walked out.

when im hungry and want to eat a very tasty lunch i stop by ninas! been a huge fan since 2007. the steak salad with rasberry sauce is by far the best salad i have ever had in my life!!!

Nina’s is a quiet, relaxing and small place to enjoy a hearty American good in Old Town La Puente.
I need to try the sandwiches and the breakfast before updating my rating to 3 star or 5 star.

—Quite side of Old Town La Puente, you can hear the wind and cars pass by
—Friendly staff, they seem to enjoy being there, as many of the customers I saw, including police
—Seating outside was nice, relaxing, cool, shaded, with breeze and just enough sun
—The burger I had was very thick and very juicy, Sesame seed bun, thick green juicy lettuce,
Dislikes:
—The burger while good, seemed to be pre-​formed patties
—Fries were not that good to me, a little stale and overcooked
Parking is easy, Old Town La Puente is not overcrowded
Conclusion: I hear the big thing here are the steak sandwiches and the breakfast, they close at 2pm, so I will be back here during my lunch time.

WOW! (Way out Wonderful) Prices are good, lunch for 2 about $ 15.00. Menu simple and delicious. Must try the Spicy Tuna Sand. Elegant salads and great burgers. This small café located on Old Valley Road in La Puente. Nina and Natalie serve up great hospitality and good eats. You must put this on your must try list… you’ll be hooked!

Loved it. The burger was simple, but perfect and the fries were cool. It’s a little shop with a bunch of locals. Nina is the best… she is the reason why people come here. It was recommended by our tax guy up the street who is a regular. Next time I’m in La Puente… I know where I’m going.

Love this place. Nina is nice and always on top of things. Great service. Food is good. Try the tuna salad sandwich or the cheeseburger. Daily specials are awesome. Try it out. I come here for lunch from West Covina.

Little hole in the wall. that’s packing. Love the food here. good staff.next to. J & B burger. parking is plenty. lilttle place inside. Nina is very friendly… I love getting their philly cheese steak very good. And there fries are good. Average plate 6 bucks.

I used to work in La Puente and being new to the area I wasnt familiar with the lunch spots in the area, but this place was in walking distance so I tried it and after that never went anywhere else in the area. I ate breakfast & lunch there every day. And went for Monday Night Football every week. The staff is AMAZING and the regulars give it a real small town feel. Everyone is soooo friendly and ready to let you sit at the table with them even. It is truly the best experiance I have had going out to eat. The food is yummy… but be prepared to share or take leftovers home, because the portions are VERY big… I could never finish a meal. I dont work in La Puente anymore… but still make the 35 mile drive about once a week for lunch. I would recommend to any and every one!!!

I have been eating here for a little more than two years now. I keep going back because the food is very good and at a very fair price. The staff and the regulars, of which there are many, are all very friendly. When you visit, try the spicy tuna sandwich, it’s really incredible!

A very small diner in essence. It has less than 20 chairs inside and 2 small outside tables, but that adds to it’s charm. Staff is about 4 people max, and Nina is always there talking to regular’s.
They have mainly American and Mexican food and meals Breakfast thru DInner. I had the club sandwich combo, which obviously comes with fries and a drink. And drinks are free refills, yay!
All meals are between 5 and 10 bucks, so a lil more expensive than a fast food combo, but nothin that will break then bank. Good tasting food, and you’ll leave full and thinking that you won’t need another meal for the rest of the day.
