Thank you KIS who spent time listen to what type of problem i have on my 201127″ imac and fixed it with in couple days with my apple care. You guys are awesome! I wish i could’ve come to you first before i wasted my time went all the way to Pasadena Apple store who was rude and did not care about their loyal customer at all. Customer Service(5 stars) I was having problems with the power cord for the MacBook Pro, and learnt that there were others with similar issues. My office techie suggested that I call KIS to see what they could do since Apple sells the item at $ 70. I wasn’t ready to fork out that 70 George Washingtons for a power cord. So the KIS customer service took my information and asked me to call Apple. I called and even though it’s been a year since the service has lapsed, they’d give me an exception and said they’d take care of the problem. They took care of me. Within an hour KIS called me to follow up and wanted more information so that they could send a techie within 24 hours for the power cord. The next day, a little after 1:00 pm the techie from KIS had a new power cord and I handed over the former. Great Customer Service! Yay! I has also purchased other pieces of equipment from KIS and I expected this kind of service. Thank You KIS!
