KFC

So disappointed. Ordered Nashville 2 pc meal. Suppose to come with biscuit but didn’t get biscuit also ordered their popcorn chicken meal with lemonade, the lemonade tasted like they ran out of lemonade so they added water for ¾ of the cup. Drove back to complain then they told me its cause they ran out of biscuit. You can’t just not give the customer something and not tell them… The lady told me she was going back to ask about the lemonade but I waited and wait for nobody to come out to talk to me. In my frustration, I just left. Wasn’t worth my time.

Well at first very dissappointed because they ran out if Original recipe chicken only crunchy and spicy. But the cashier was very nice and accomodating that gave me extra pieces of chicken. Now thats what I call customer service.

Ive been coming here for years. Not because of the service but because its the closest one to me. Now every time i get potato wedges with my order and ask for some ranch nothing special just a fucken pack of ranch. So today i went got a 9 piece meal waited and watched them give my order to some other guy. So when they did make my order again i like every time i come here asked for some ranch. But the lady now asked me for 25 cents… i looked at her and asked her why now? And since when? She said since for always its not free… DA FUCCCK?
I am never coming here again ever! Fuck you KFC hellllooooo CHURCHes CHIKEN !

The worst service especially that girl in the drive thru she is the worst one never again coming back…

There’s really not too much to say about KFC because the chicken does all the talking for itself. My pops wanted to eat before they yanked out the rest of his teeth at the dentist next door, so we walked on over here for their always tasty mashed potatoes and coleslaw, cause that’s all he’d be able to eat. I had the Chicken Littles, which is basically a chicken tender slider. Surprisingly, two of those little bad boys with some potato wedges and a cookie are very filling.
The only complaint I have is with the initial customer service. I’m not sure if she’s the owner or just an employee, but the older Indian/​Pakistani lady behind the counter named Gopika needs to learn how to talk to people. She’s very sharped-​tongued when she speaks and you can feel the impatience coming out of her mouth. She tries to rush you when you’re ordering (remember the «and then… scene from Dude, where’s my car?) and is in such a rush to get your money that she doesn’t really listen to what you are saying and then you have to repeat yourself when she asks you a question. Maybe she was just having a bad morning or something because she did smile when I said thank you after she gave me a drink refill.

I come to this KFC a few times. Not great customer service but OK. Today at the drive through was eye opening. The first thing the dude says when I pull up to the window is «you want to hear he bad news or the even badder news?» It seems they didn’t have any pot pies ready and its gonna take 15 minutes wait. I said forget it and paid and left for my overpriced 3 piece meal. Needless to say I won’t be back here again.

no complaints here! well maybe they should be able to take credit cards… food is great for KCF. I like the fact that they have coupons in the mail!
