Great service. My AC stopped working on the hottest day of this year. I called around and not a single company answered my call on the first try except Impala. Even though he was busy he still scheduled me for same day service (7PM). Once he got to my house, it took him minutes to discover the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. He explained the problem to me and gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit. Very knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely call them again in the future if I need help with the AC.
