Don’t even waste your time customer service is horrible. You’re better off going to one of the other local stores.

Great customer services and really knowledgeable of there products. If you have a problem they got a answer.

This the worst hydro store in existence, out of the last 9 times I’ve gone, only once have they had something I needed in stock. One of the times it took them 20 mins to finally tell me that they couldn’t exchange my Co2 tank… Smh waste of time! Then today I called @ 545pm to double check if they were going to be open due to their history of inconsistencies, even though their Unilocal account states that their suppose to be open till 7pm, I had to double check and the guy who answered said, «were closing already» and I told the guy I’ll be there at 6pm, I really need something and he replied with, «yea we’ll be here stilI.» I arrived at 6:02 exactly and the gate was already closed, that is not customer service, they did not even wait 120 secs. Any one who has any common sense in this industry knows that sometimes the supplies you need are VERY important! This was the last draw. I feel completely let down. :(
I have held back from writing a review here for some time, I understand the under stocking of products, because I’m always down to support small businesses, but if their not even down to support their customers by waiting an extra couple mins, why should we go through all that terrible traffic to support them!

My mom loves growing vegetables in her backyard so I decided to grab a couple of soil when she ran out. I myself don’t know much about planting so I decided to check Home Depot’s garden.
When I went to Home Depot, I felt they were inattentive which was a total turn off for me so I decided to leave. Therefore, I decided to check out this place. The lady in the front gave me a nice introduction about hydro phonics which I felt was extremely educational. She was very knowledgable and knew exactly what she was talking about.
Overall, great service and reasonable prices.
