I was seen by Ray he did an amazing job.
He really listen to what I wanted.
This was my first visit, and i will definitely be back.
Just come with lots of times in your hands because it will be a while. But then again will there be a line of people if the barbers weren’t good?
It’s worth the wait!

Gotta say this the best barber shop I’ve been too. The wait was well worth it. Gabriel (owner) is doing things right, the customer service is great the staff is friendly and talented. Constantly moving clients in and out of the chair. The wait was a little long but the service they provide is well worth it. Raul was my barber and he listened and gave suggestion to what I wanted and it came out better then I pictured. The customer service chill vibe and talent of the crew at GQ cuts has earned another customer! Would recommend to everyone!

I have been consistently traveling from Orange County to my home town of La Puente just for the quality job and customer service I receive at GQ Cuts. I have had the pleasure of working with everyone in the shop whether it’s Gabriel, Marcy or Rich doing my hair or any of the other barbers that cut my son’s hair. Their outstanding customer service, modern vibe, good advice and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home make them worth the drive and the wait. Once you experience GQ Cuts, you will never going anywhere else! My family will always be loyal customers!

Amazing service from Gabriel! I was a walk in to get my sons hair cut. He was booked for the day but offered to fit me in. He did a great job and was very considerate of the time he took with my son.

The best customer service out of any barbershop I’ve been to! Gabriel, the owner, has a very talented staff. Take a look at their instagrams and you’ll see why. The shop itself is nice, clean, and had a good sized waiting area with a tv and music playing.
They also have a wait list, which most shops don’t have that make you question why no other shop does it!

First time going outside my usually barber shop. The barber really paid attention to what I wanted, good atmosphere, price was reasonable. Definitely will be back.

I’ve always come here for my brother never for myself& Ray loves what he does and has great energy, so for my spontaneous idea to get an undercut for the spring time, I decided to make an appointment with Ray. He calmed my nerves and got me all amped up and ready. He was very precise and careful. I never had clippers to my head being as I am a female and he made sure I was calm and wasn’t irritated. In a half hour I was done. I love it and proud to say I am now a regular at GQ Cuts.

I have been coming here for about one and half years for my toddler who is now a preschooler. This place is very clean, inviting, and everyone who works here is nice. Price is reasonable for a little person. I give it ⁴⁄₅ stars and not a perfect score for a few reasons. It took almost a year to finally have a consistent hair cut with one Barber. I initially loved my son’s first hair cut but soon realized I would never see it again until changing couple barbers and now we have Ray. Who is amazing with my little guy and does a good job on his hair cut and always consistent. My son looks forward to coming here. He is treated like any other customer with respect. He is even given a lollipop when he is done which he always looks forward to.

I gave this shop 3 chances to get it right the fact that it’s only 5 minutes away from my house. The way it’s ran, the system they have really stinks. If you’re not a buddy of one of the barbers, you’re not a priority. Owner has to step up and really implement a system to treat every customer equally. All these 5 star review must be a buddy off all barbers. No joke.

I’ve been coming to GQ cuts for over 2 years. All of the barbers here are all about leaving you looking fresh. Staff will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and say hello and offer a water to something else to drink. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of haircut.

Can’t recommend this place enough. GQ is the best barbershop I have ever visited, Marcy really knows how to cut Men’s hair and everyone is very friendly. The ambience is great, there is plenty of seating, and it’s a really clean establishment. Easily one of the top barbershops in LA.

Came in ask are u guys busy, No will come Shortly. Waited 1 hour and 15 minute, and ask Again they said will probably take another 45 minutes. If you are ASIAN get ready be treated MINOR HERE! THEY WILL JUST SKIP YOUR TURN. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Talk about egos for a hole in the wall! After waiting 15 mins for attitude, this place is not worth the time it takes to type this out! No sense of urgency and they do not know how to multitask, much less greet a customer.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now and I doubt I’ll ever change barbers even though I moved to La Verne. GQ and his crew has transformed my look. Their attention to detail is immaculate and they treat each person as a friend. I can say I consider GQ a friend now. I’ve known Marcy for years as well. Ray is also great. Just know you’ll wait a little but it’s for a reason. You can’t rush genius!

Still come here exclusively for my hair cuts, unfortunately Cessy has left the shop. In other news the price of a cut is now $ 15 which is still better than most shops and you cannot get nearly as good a cut as you do here.
If you are looking for a new barber who has an awesome owner (Gabriel) and an awesome staff who not only know what looks good but also know how to deliver I cannot recommend a better place. So come get a new cut and see what I am talking about!

I was browsing around Unilocal for a barber shop close to home when GQ Cuts popped up. I saw they had a good amount of reviews and a lot were from happy customers, so I gave this place a try.
Marcy was who helped me out with the cut and she was very knowledgeable with how the cut I wanted should be done. After the cut I was offered a complementary scalp treatment to try out a formula they carry, which felt great. It gave my scalp a nice cool feeling (Literally) after the treatment.
I’ll be sure to come back for my next cut!

I honestly can say I’ve reached the pinnacle of my own barbershop journey. From years of having to endure language barrier-​ridden salons in the OC to overly expensive mall boutiques in LA — this place is bliss.
The reason I found this place was from a friend on Instagram. It seems that nowadays nothing beats actually having a strong social media presence and work that people actually feel like taking pictures of, so I said hey, it’s a local shop and my friend got a really clean cut so why not try it out.
I had my first cut scheduled with Cesse, and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the overall scheme of the place. Not frustratingly trying too hard to be hip, but kempt and coordinated.
The stylists here are courteous and casual. They offer you coffee or tea and take their time to get to know what you want done. Cesse communicated well, and definitely pulled off the fade and taper that I wanted, while maintaining enough length up top to work with.
Most importantly, the price is absolutely phenomenal for the work they do. They do a great job at making sure that your cut has longevity, but given the price point and how fast my hair grows back (pretty sure I was a chia pet experiment), I’m actually wiling to go back rather than treating my hair like gasoline and waiting til it gets out of hand.
Shout out to Marcy as well – she definitely pays attention to detail and makes sure you look good.

I have been coming her for a few months already and I love the quality of work each time. Gq is amazing at what he does with my buzzcut. Next stop is a full haircut to healthier hair lol
