This is an update for my last review. I put a backorder on the cz I was told it would take 2 – 3 months but after a little over a month they gave me a call and it was ready to do background check and 10 days later I got my gun! If you don’t like your gun on displays where people testing out slide release or dry firing this is the place! Decent prices too.

It was my first time purchasing a gun and decided to go with glock g19. Smooth transaction and very helpful.

My girlfriend found this place. She purchased a glock 17 for my bday. It was my first gun and I was a bit anxious at first but the staff here made things simple. Devin is very knowledgeable and very helpful when I had questions in regards to possible future gun purchases. I went in today and purchased a ruger 10 – 22 and a spikes ar-​15 lower. I really enjoy watching the different types of guns that go in and out of this place. It is a small place, not stuffy, more comfortable.

Last week, I went to get my first gun. After searching i thought cz 75 sp01 is gonna be my first gun. But Devin recommended another soild pistol Glock 17. I heard about this one is reliable, and the cz doesn’t feel right, it’s smooth but the slides too slim for bigger hand. So I come with G17.
The transaction is great and no pressure. However the office looks like a startup. The paperwork is messy, and website lacks of maintenance. If you need the best information, Unilocal is your choice.
I would come here again for my second pistol this year.

Look for Nancy! She’s awesome. I called many places for my first handgun (sp01) and they were the only one that have it in stock. I came in, dropped off my deposit and picked up in 10 days. Transaction was smooth, customer service was excellent. I’m getting a sig next. Will be back!

Jake and Devin are two of the most knowledgeable, honest and FRIENDLIEST people you will meet in the industry. Gun people with all 3 traits are like unicorns, you will never, ever meet one. ExaTactical is a small place, hidden away in the corner of a building. The place is a diamond in the rough. Customer Service is second to none. It does not matter how many people are in line, if they are talking to you, their concentration is on you and your questions. Try that at one of the big box firearm stores.
I’ve been buying firearms since my late teens. When I was old enough to purchase hand guns, there I was spending my paychecks on guns and ammo. I’ve been to all the big and small shops in SoCal and NorCal. I’ve met some good people along the way. The ExaTactical People are $$$! No BS, no pressure, no nothing but just good olé’ fashioned honest business.
My money will always be with ExaTactical as long as they are around. I will never buy another firearm from anywhere else unless Jake and Devin say I should. That is how much I trust their judgment and recommendations.
This is my first time dealing with ExaTactical and as you can read above, I was sold hook, line and sinker. Don’t take my word for it, visit them yourselves and you will see and feel the difference. I purchased 2 higher-​end 1911’s within 3 minutes of talking to Jake. I am not exaggerating one bit! There were 4 other people in the shop at the time. I arrived @ 5:50pm, right before closing. I was out the door by 6:00pm. That should speak volumes to anyone.
Again, go down and pay a visit to ExaTactical if you are serious about buying firearms. I guarantee you will be leaving a positive review just like I did!

After spending good amount of time trying to find a
COLT .38 SUPER I WALKING IN to leave a deposit for a M&p 10 and they had it on display I was shocked and they weren’t like every else that there asking a hefty price for it they sold it for a very resalable price… so I had to buy It NIB COLT .38 SUPER SS …they have another .38 super when I pick up mine and also colt 1911 9 mm also a hard to find gun for a very good deal

Best gun shop around the area! They have a lot of hard to find 1911s, and other high end firearms like christensen arms, nighthawk and sti. I love coming here. This is my third time here and of course, my third purchase here. I recommend EXA. Thank you for your great service and friendly staffs.

This place was awesome! Nancy was very helpful and nice with the FSC and knowledgeable in helping me choose my first gun. I got to get the feel for multiple handguns and many of the products are out on display. I will finely come back again!

I wish I had more hands… So I can give the crew at EXA Tactical more than two big thumbs up. You’d be hard pressed to find a place that is more friendly, knowledgable, and chill. Also, shoutout for having the best prices around. Quite a bit better than the more ‘popular’ larger stores.
Their store is very small… And I mean very. It’s the gun store equivalent of that hole in the wall taqueria that you’ve had the best tasting tacos in your life – yeah, that one. This is where’d I’d make some comparison that the hole in the wall taco shop doesn’t have a large menu but they make their staples damn good, but Exa was able to find me what I wanted for cheaper than anywhere else. Great team. Thank you guys/​gals!

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve purchased so many handguns here all at great prices. Devin and Nancy is super easy to work with. I have good experiences here. They also do price match here. I highly recommend this place! Try them out, you won’t disappoint!

I had a great experience with Devin and Nancy! I bought my first handgun, a Glock 19 and they helped me set up my FSE and made the entire transaction extremely easy and smooth. Devin went over the questions that I missed and helped me understand what I missed. The glock was out of stock, but they had some ordered and called me as soon as it got in.
The store itself is a little hidden, but I like it that way, it’s like a hidden gym. I will be purchasing all my firearms with Exa Tactical!

Came here with my bf looking to buy some parts for his AR, it was a total disaster ! This place just looks sketchy, should have been the first clue!
As we walked in we asked the lady at the front desk if she could help us out, she said no I don’t know anything about guns let me get the my Manger, OK that’s fine with us.
We looked around at the small selection of guns and accessories. Nothing really nice the place was dirty and cluttered with paperwork.
Another lady comes in and tries her best to help us out but she has absolutely no knowledge about what she is selling. She’s googling the part we are looking for. we wait like 20 minutes while she looks for the part online and gives us their price. It’s overly over priced, we might as well order it online ourselves.
Your better off going to ammo Bros or turner’s don’t waste your time coming here

Even though it was kinda hard to find but its definitely a hidden gem. The atmosphere is different, i felt comfortable here with their friendly staffs and got my gun at a really good price. I will refer and visit again!

Love this gun shop, bought my first Glock from here and it was such a smooth process. Allot smoother and faster than other spots. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The environment that they have in there is great. They gave me a really nice deal on a Glock 17 that was a steal. Their ammo is the cheapest around. Well 9 mm ammo at least. I don’t know about the others.
A month or so later I had been trying to find snap caps all over the place. Went to turners a couple times since it’s closest to home. Waste of time. You need to take a number whenever you go in there and wait until your number is called. Ridiculous. I’ll be dropping my review over there after this. They didn’t have any snapcaps. You’d think since it’s a bigger store they would be well stocked on things?
Having no where else to turn to a gave ExaTactical a call and they ordered some snapcaps for me right away which i picked up the other day. Great service. I won’t be going anywhere else for my firearm needs. Very reasonable prices.

Exa tactical firearms is by far the best gun store I have been to. They have by far the best prices in so cal. They have the most professional staff. Devin is by far the best and easiest gun salesman to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and has more than fair pricing for his firearms. I will definitely be back and will only use exa tactical for all my firearm needs
