I highly recommend this taco truck. The tacos de tripa are the best that I have tasted. They also have some good salsa and I love that they give you cebollitas asadas because it just makes their tacos so much better than the rest.

What was suppose to be a late night snack turned into a meal feast! The tostaditas as the BEST in any meat of your choice. The truck is clean and the ladies busting their tails making fresh tortillas are amazing. Highly recommend this truck and I know I will be there often!

A little background about myself and why this review will be of great use to you :). 1. I worked for a Mexican Food company *cough* King Taco *cough* and my primary role was selling tacos, specifically in catering: D. 2. I am a first generation born Mexicana and for those of you that are a first generation or know of someone that is… I’m sure we can all agree that we are very PICKY with our Mexican cuisine, especially because our madres and abuelas spoiles us with delicious mexican concoctions! 3. I studied culinary aka I studied eating haha. With that in mind, I HIGHLY recommend trying this food truck out! In the span of 1 week, I went twice. The first time, I was a tad inebriated and just wanted tacos. I’m normally an asada girl but have to admit, the al pastor tacos are my favorite. There is allot of flavor to the meat then when you add the salsas, its delicious. I personally love spicy food so the salsas added the perfect kick and balance to the sweetness factor that al pastor meat normally has. They make their tortillas fresh at the truck w/masa(if you’re latino/latina, you understand this quality is big: D). The truck is very clean and the salsa station is all chilled on a bed of crushed ice. Alongside red and green salsa, they also have a fixings of vinegared onions, radishes, and cucumbers. The second time I went, I ordered a torta de al pastor and a tostadita. All delicious of course. Some other tidbit facts — Their time on the weekend is a bit off. They close at 3:00 a.m. — I’m not sure if they accept card as a method of payment but we pay cash each time — Cost effective — You might have to wait a bit for your food.especially.if it’s poppin’ but it’s worth the wait — Truck found on Amar and Greycliff. There is plenty of street parking or a small lot off greycliff. — The ladies in the food truck are VERY friendly and were very helpful with recommendations. — They do catering! So if you’re ever stumped as what taquista to have at your next party, this is a great place to check out.
