I usually come here when I work on this side of town. Today I received 5 star service because my usual barista, Karla, serviced me. I love her she is nice and has your order out pretty fast! The only reason why I rate it a 3 star is because they don’t have enough people like Karla working at this location and because there is no drive thru because it’s inside a Kroger store. Another reason why I rated a 3 star is because of the lack of baristas when Karla is not working. There has been occasions when I’ve walked in and no one is behind the counter and I’ve waited a good 12 mins for someone to arrive.

This Starbucks is always understaffed and has horrible customer service. This morning I went in and was not greeted by anyone and just stood there before anyone noticed me. Not to mention the brewed coffee never taste fresh and they do not have any grab and go boxes or hot food. Overall I would try to avoid this one if possible.
