They are now called LockTite storage. I shopped storage units for a 20 mile radius around Deer Park area. This company has the best rate. Plenty of climate controlled options and is clean fresh, easy to access and well run.
The reason I’m compelled to write a review of a storage facility is because of what happened today. I got a call from a kind woman who works there this morning that discovered the lock on my unit was not securely latched and when she couldn’t get my lock to work to lock it up, she used one of their locks to secure my unit. I had indeed accessed my unit last night and in my exhaustion from the day obviously had not carefully checked it when I locked it back up. Who does that? I am so grateful and feel they go a step beyond in service to assist in providing a secure place to store your valuables!
I have been a customer since Sept 2014 and I confidently recommend their services. On top of all that when I dropped by later today to swap out their lock for one of mine they gave me a free LockTite tote bag and a LockTite dog leash for my dog! Yep 5 star company in my opinion

dirty, doesnt spray for bugs and the front office woman delecia is rude and refuses to open the office unless it is right at opening time. left us standing there for an hour. then when it came time to take our red lock off since they overlocked us we called since it was their fault and instead of coming to take it off said she was at the biker rally and would not be coming to take it off. Did she bother calling the other managers to see if they could? NOPE!
This was never a problem when Toni and Jessica worked there. I will be moving out.
