One car in front of us and we sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes. When we ask the employee why such a long wait he tells us they are short staffed. I told him they should get more people to work because they are wasting our time by making us wait. He shrugs his shoulders as to say he doesn’t care. Manager seemed to have the same attitude. Never again, Jack in the box, never again.
