So we decided that we would try this place again The last couple times we have been there, the service has been awful. Not much new. We were seated right away, as there wasn’t many people there. Even so, no one ever greeted us with ‘Welcome’, ‘Good Evening’, nada. We got immediate service for drinks and order once we got to the table. We pretty much order the same thing all the time. The food was prepared correctly. These are the only reasons they got a 2-star. The only time anyone came to our table was to bring food. Michael was our waiter. He mentioned two other ladies who were supposed to be helping him with our table, but we never saw either one of them. No one checked on us. We tried to get a drink to go as well, and when he brought it to the table, it was NOT in a to-go cup as requested. The floor/carpeting was not picked up well. I about slipped on a pen that was on the floor and it could have easily made any of the more mature/elderly people that were there fall. Not good. Our table was sticky, but no one made an effort to come clean it. When it came time to leave, we paid at the table, left a small tip, and as we were going out the door, the greeter man never said a ‘Thank You’ or anything. Just watched us leave. I seriously doubt I will come back here again.

The service is completely horrible and the management is no better. We have had problems at that location since it opened. It’s a shame because it’s really close to us and the kids like the food, but I just can’t deal with the long waits for food and the crappy employees. And the long waits aren’t just when they are busy either. The food was bad for a while as well but actually improved which makes it even sadder. No matter how good the food is, no one is frequenting an establishment that treats customers like crap. Take my advice. If you don’t want to come away feeling completely frustrated and like they don’t care if you come back, avoid this location at all costs. We get awesome service from the Chick-fil-a down the road from them. They should take some queues from these guys and they are fast food.

Horrible experience. Our food took forever to get to us, several tables who arrived 20 minutes after us received their food before we did. The waitress decided that when we complained she would develop an attitude and wanted to argue with me. Will never go to Chili’s again.

Just like any other Chili’s except the place is super packed on weekends. Almost always running a two can dine for $ 20 special. May not be the restaurant you’d think of for fajitas, but their pork & chicken is better than most other Mexican Restaurants I’ve been to.

Equipment Checklist for Chili’s: 1. Large winter jacket 2. Rubber boots 3. Lots of time on your hands. First of all we had to wait to be steated despite a whole section of tables being open.(See. Pic) We were then seated in a booth near the bar where the floor was puddled with waste water. Several servers then pass us by before someone finally helps us. Note: each server walked thru the water like it was not even there. Well the list goes on to cut this short, it was freezing cold inside and our food was brought out two meals at a time. Our advice, DONOTEATHERE.

I found myself at this Chilis again due to a group gathering. They seem to have turned it around. They remodeled, the food was very good, nobody in our group had any complaints and services was much quicker and more friemdly. Still never saw a manager… we used to see managers on the floor all the time asking how service is going… will go back, hopefully this representative of the norm now, i heard they had made some changes.

I came here on New Years Eve to celebrate with my two favorites the ending of one year and beginning of another and. bad things happened to me! From the start, I ordered spicy shrimp tacos wishing it would be good. As I got my plate, I prayed that everything would be ok. It was a total of 3 tacos topped with slices of avocado, sweet and sour sauce, shrimps, lettuce, and juice from the filthy hands of the cook. The tacos were cold when it came to my table. That night I felt queasy. numerous times I felt nausea and weak. About 5am, New Year’s Day I vomited multiple times that morning plus I had oncoming diarrhea several times. If this is too graphic for you… I warn you not to eat here. These people do not clean their hands nor do they wash their lettuce. Shrimp probably went bad too! I got sick beyond measure. The very next day I felt horrible like my skin was peeling off by itself, my temperature was sky high while I was in a icy cold room, I couldn’t hold any food. The only thing I could do was drink Gatorade, cold ice lemon water, and ginger tea. Never again will I eat at his disgusting restaurant that tried their hardest to kill me. Instead, they gave me food poisoning! This place deserves to be inspected or shut down. Plus, our waitress looked tired and was extremely sweaty in the face. She probably dropped her salty sweat in the food.

We just ordered to go from here and just about everything came out wrong. My husband wanted original chicken crispers he got crunchy. I wanted fries got mashed potatoes. He didnt even get gravy for his mashed potatoes nor dipping sauce for his wrong chicken crispers. We will NEVER order by phone to go again, you all obviously don’t listen to orders over the phone because it’s all so wrong. We are highly dissatisfied.

I’ve been to this chili’s many times over the years, the place has recently been completely remodeled inside, the remodeling looks great but the floor is the same and really shows the age of this place. I’ve had good experiences here and average ones. The past two times I’ve come here the avocados were not ripe and hard to even bite into, and the time before that the fries were stale but my waiter replaced them for me. The most recent time I went the waiter we had was… a little weird. He was being far more casual than a waiter should be, just because I’m young doesn’t mean you can treat me like your buddy and not a customer. Overall this place is okay and the food is usually good enough for me to have no complaints… except about the avocados of course… and occasionally the fries. TL;DR This location is average. I mean, it IS just a chili’s after all, I’ll return simply because I get coupons via email from them very frequently for a free appetizer or dessert, so I feel like it’s worth the trip.

Seems that the service and food has gone down hill. Although the quality of the food remains the same. It gets to your table cold. I think that they have a new staff and I am chalking this up to that. Normally I get great service here. Sucks because I like coming to this Chili’s

Update: I have visited three times since my 3 star review and it’s been poor each time. The food temperature has been all over the place, from cold chicken, to burnt pizza. The manager is always so nice about it, with his sincere apoligies, but enough is enough. This is subpar even for chain restaurant standards.

Took my mom out to eat last night. Went here and couldn’t believe how bad it was. The service sucked so bad. The guy that waited on us was in a daze. The fajitas were over cooked, the guacamole was already turning brown, and the tortillas were stale. The waiter didn’t know or ask if they had fresh jalapeños, but he did get me a fresh batch of tortillas. It wasn’t busy but you would have thought they were slammed. Worst chillies I have ever been to.

It was pretty good. Average for a chain restaurant. The service was slow, and they forgot to bring out my sons food so we had to feed him off of our plates.

It’s Chili’s. I don’t think I have to explain the food, atmosphere or any of that to most people as they have been to a Chili’s. Am I giving it such a low score based on this alone? No. The lunch service here is terrible! Two hours to eat in a half-empty Chili’s??? Horrible. If you have a LOT of time to kill, then this is just like any other Chili’s where the food is concerned. We called ahead the second time and tried to place our order before making the 15 minute drive, but they wouldn’t let us do that and even assured us they had gotten better. Basically nothing had changed, the service was just as slow, so we won’t be going back.

Okay, I have reviewed this place before, and gave it 4 stars, but now let me share my experience with you, that we had last night. The restaurant was PACKED. No problem, La Porte allows people to smoke, but the smoking section was not busy so the 3 of us sit in the smoking section at the raise tables. It took awhile for a server(Corey) to come, and the he took our drink and appetizer order, dt coke, lemonade, water, and chips and salsa. About 3 minutes go by and another server(Christopher) comes up and take s the order again. Corey walk passed us a few times, and said nothing, then Christopher brought us our drinks. I guess they switched up on us. It took about 15 minutes to get chips and salsa, whats even funnier, a table that sat down after us and ordered after us got their chips and salsa before us. He basically he stood in the corner and never came back to ask us if we needed anything, we saw a female server next to us and asked her for more chips and salsa. Then she told him and he brought them to us, took our food order, salad & soup, boneless wings, and veggie burger. Never returned until about 30 minutes we looked around and there he was in his corner. He really didn’t seem like he is fit to be a server, he’s not«people oriented.» Eventually our food came out and he rudely gave us our food, not by saying anything, his body gestures were rude. We used to go to this Chili’s two times a week, but i think if this Chili’s wants to survive, they are going to improve their service, because there are other restaurants, right down the road, within 6 mile.
