Meh just about sums it up. For roughly $ 30/​month you get what you need. Weights and cardio machines. Im from Ca so maybe im spoiled but honestly, I’ve seen way better gyms for the same amount. The fact that there’s a ladies only side is a weird concept to me. I get what they’re trying to do, allow women to workout unthreatened, but their side has much nicer stuff. The weight area is cramped, there’s maybe 8in between the benches and weight racks. Terrible ventilation in there. Men’s locker room is oddly shaped and smells like wet dog. This is pretty much only gym they have down here though. I wish 24hr fitness had a gym nearby.

Great gym!!! Can get crowded during peak hours right after the work day is over. Best to go in the evenings after 7 or weekends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The movie room is nice as well as the women’s workout room. It’s definitely worth getting a membership here.
