We’ve been to see both Tommy and A Christmas Carol both nicely done and worth the trip to LaPlata, Md. Highly recommend you purchase you tickets early on-​line if you can. Must shows are family friendly.

Been here twice in the past year with my wife — saw The Wizard of Oz in summer 2012 and The Sound of Music in November. Both were excellent shows, really fun acting and a big theater quality in small theater comfort. My mother-​in-​law took our four year old to see The Sound of Music at a later show, and she loved it (it was hard for her to keep from singing along).
They’re doing The Who’s Tommy this coming summer… time for my wife to pay me back for going to the chick plays.

Well worth the drive to see their production of Assassins. Really great community theater.
