I feel Compelled to give a review of this company based on my observation of their services. About a Month ago, I was taking my Dog to a Pet Hotel for an overnight stay. When I arrived, There was an Lady (A driver for Gulf Stream) at the register working with the employees at the Kennel, She had transported a pack of Beautiful Dogs from New Orleans, Louisiana all the way to Houston, Texas. They were on a pit stop before heading to the airport to go across sea. Somehow it seemed that the company that booked her for the trip didn’t have all the proper reservations in place for the dogs stay. In addition, It looked like the dogs didn’t have a ride set for their trip to the airport from the kennel the next morning. I sat and watched in amazement as Dionne took extra care of the pets all while coordinating with the owners of the dogs and the company who set up the trip. She treated the pets like they were her own. She even offered to stay the night in the city to make sure that the pets had a ride in the morning to the airport. Luckily everything worked out and the reservations came through. The whole time she was corresponding with the owners to assure them that the dogs were being taken care of. That level of professionalism is very rare in the Transport business.
Although I haven’t used them myself, After seeing how they operate, I can say without a shadow of a doubt Not only would I use them, I would recommend them to anyone who has any type of pet transport needs. In a day were most transporters would have just treated the dogs like a «package» it was refreshing to see a company who took the time to go the extra mile in care. I checked out their website and there are plenty of other services they offer, give them a try, You won’t be sorry.
