This place has great food and portions and you get a free tapioca dessert! I always leave full. The service is fast and the employees are friendly and attentive. Affordable prices. This is one of my favorite phở places and I’ll be back.

My new go to spot for phở! I really hope they keep this restaurant open. The previous phở restaurants at this location were mediocre and never lasted. But the phở here is really good, service is on point, and the dessert at the end just ties the knot! I get the #10 rare steak and beef meatballs. Broth is really good and clean tasting and also not super greasy. Make sure to ask for sliced onions! I mix in sriracha, chili sauce, and hoisin sauce, and a squeeze of lime over the sliced onions. Soooooo good! The basil, bean sprouts, and cilantro are also super fresh and the limes are super juicy. We don’t like no dry limes(cough cough phở tasty) Also their boba is surprisingly pretty good! The thai tea is solid and there boba is nice & chewy! I don’t expect anything more than mediocre boba from phở restaurants. They boba is usually really soggy or soggy on the outside and hard on the inside(old boba). The boba here is really fresh and chewy and did not disappoint! Last but definitely not least, the tapioca coconut mung bean dessert at the end is to die for. Phở tasty used to offer this dessert way back then. But they switched it out with fortune cookies. Boo!!! The owner is also super friendly and even offered us another bowl of the dessert! Two thumbs up~ All in all, I really like this place and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

It’s a small spot but don’t let that fool you. The phở ga and fried rice are top notch. Service is not bad. Definitely worth a try, especially when in need for a quick fix of that Golden soup they call Phở lol

The noodles and broth were fine, a bit greasy. I ordered the rare beef with tripe and my friend the seafood bowl. The tripe was good, but I tried the squid in my friend’s phở and it tasted lacking. He also said the fish balls tasted canned. Our waiter(s?) came by twice to refill our water, and our food came quickly. It was hard to get the waiter’s attention when we wanted a bowl of rice. At the end of our meal we were served tapioca that was very creamy and smooth. It was a decent meal but I don’t think I would come back.

Yeah!!! I finally found a Phở place close to where I live. I no longer have to go to Garden Grove(about 8 miles away) if I have a hankering for Vietnamese food. I ordered a phở #1 and fried egg rolls. Both were very good. The only thing is I like eating lettuce and Thai basil with my egg rolls. They did not have an issue giving me some more. For sure I will be coming here again. THANKYOU. THANKYOU. THANKYOU.

Few good Phở places around town, this place was new to us. Really really good! Egg rolls were amazingly fresh, broth on the phở was light and tasty! They even gave us complementary warm tapioca for dessert! Nice New Years Eve dinner, we will be coming back!

Been to 3 other Vietnamese restaurants in the Artesia and Cerritos area and by far this place is the best in Cerritos area. Clean and the service is awesome and the food is good too. I tried the shaken beef, Ap chao, phở, and bum all were great. One note is the noodles tend to be a little al dente.

I’m not a huge phở lover, which I know that’s probably some heinous crime for some of you. My wife loves phở though, so we come here pretty often. The restaurant has capacity for about 80 people or so, so it’s a bit on the larger size. They have booths on the left that seat 4 and tables on the right that seat 6, with some awkward tables in the middle that serve 2. Overall, the place has a nice atmosphere that feels very open, smells entirely of phở, and remains relatively cool in the summers and warm in the winters. The food is very good with even better prices. Though I’m no phở lover, I must admit the broth is tasty and very phở-y(if you know what I mean). There is a meat broth and veggie broth. My wife tends to get a veggie phở with the meat broth. There are small and large sizes, which is perfect for those that never finish an entire bowl of phở. I almost always get the bahn mi, which can come with pork, beef or chicken. They bring it on a lightly toasted french bread and has the pickled radish, some lettuce, cucumber, mayo and the meat of your choice. Throw in some cilantro and sriracha/oyster sauce onions in there and BAM, you’ve got a great bahn mi. The service has always been excellent. It’s always these two vietnamese guys working very hard to provide good service. They’re not«friendly» in an american type of way where they ask you how are you and talk about the weather. They’re as friendly as an immigrant asian is going to be who speaks limited english but you know in theirs heart they’re grateful to came to eat at their restaurant and will do whatever they can to make it a pleasant experience. Plenty of parking in the lot, but it is a somewhat busy plaza so you may have to walk 3 minutes(gasp) if you’re way in the back. There’s also a Super1 korean market, spicy tofu restaurant, AYCE korean restaurant, kimbab place, solongtang place, and boba loca in the same plaza. So long as you’re craving some Korean food or phở, this is a pretty good plaza to hit up. Highly recommended.

Ordered here last night since I had a late night craving and it was close to my house. All other phở restaurants I guess stop answering the phone after 9:45PM. I to-goed it and it tasted pretty good! They got my order to a tee. I guess this will be my phở spot when I need a late night to-go order!

Good, cheap phở with good service: that’s just how I like it. This is a little amethyst in the rough(not quite a diamond, but still very good). I got a small phở with rare steak and meatball for $ 5.75. It was just enough for my big appetite. It had a good amount of noodles and a decent amount of meat. You must make the soup your own with sauce, basil, and lime if you really want to get the most out of it, but that’s how it is at any phở place. Came with a warm tapioca dessert at the end, which was a good finish to my meal. Tacked on a hot tea for $ 1 and I can’t complain. The workers are very polite and very attentive. Better than any other phở place I’ve been to.

The service here is awesome! I read the reviews and decided to check the place out, even saw they give a free dessert. I just came for takeout to satisfy phở fix so I didn’t think I’d get to try it this time, but while I was waiting for my to go order, the server gave me the tapioca dessert! Even gave me some to go! Definitely coming back even just for the great service alone!

Craving Phở so tried this place out. Not bad at all but I always regret craving phở because I should’ve been craving something else. Price is little too much. Service and parking is good. Give it a try for sure.

My New Phở Place that I am Loving!!! Phở Dac Biet– Small Bowl is actually pretty big! I was surprised by the amount that they gave! approximately $ 6 – 8 bucks for the bowls. You also get your Spouts, Basil, Lemon, and Jalepenos. Spring Rolls are yummy as well $ 4 – 5 bucks for Two of them which isn’t too bad. Customer Service was decent! This place is pretty clean!!! They also give you some Warm Delicious Sweet Dessert! Yummy!!! I’m most likely coming back during the weekdays. Yay! So Glad I found this place!
