Cindy was so helpful and professional during my headshot session. She gave me her undivided attention, a wide variety of posses, great lighting, modeling advice for shots/positioning, and even asked what type of music I wanted to hear for the session. The changing rooms were way above average and I even had time for a fresh tea. The quality of the photos taken was incredible and I’m so happy to have had them done at this studio.

Very rarely do I write negative reviews as I believe Unilocal to be a great tool to find places you want to go, rather than places you want to steer clear of, with that said, here goes. This fall I went to a fundraiser auction thing for my wife’s mom’s woman’s group. Not surprisingly, I didn’t see much I wanted to bid on since I’m not a scented candle teddy bear holding a heart kind of guy. There was one item that interested my niece however, it was a makeover photo session for 2 with«Believe» Cindy Carter photography. My wife, myself, and grandma pitched it for the certificate that expired on December 31st. My niece was excited since it included a makeover and she wanted to get a professional photo with my wife since her mother had passed away. So fast forward a couple months, my mother in law calls to schedule the photo session for a date near December 26th, and the person who runs the studio basically said no way because she’s out of town. Totally understandable so lets reschedule when you get back in town, nope was her answer and she basically told us that the certificate that’s dated to expire on December 31st had already expired on I believe the 26th. What? I even included a photo so that fellow Unilocalers know I’m not making this up. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m upset because I helped chip in for this imaginary certificate. So Cindy Carter photography got free advertising for donating this certificate, we paid money for it, and she backed out of the deal. Thanks Cindy, I no longer«believe» in Santa, the Easter Bunny, or your integrity. On a plus note, I hear her studio does sell authentic photos of Big foot, the Loch Ness monster, and a UFO sighted over Lancaster.
