This is for the owner. So rude! Don’t talk down to your customers! Horrible service. The rest of the staff is awesome though.

Valley view drugs is the best pharmacy around… the owners are always willing to help the customers when needed… I have been coming here for years… the staff always looks so happy and helpful!!!

I have been coming here for years. The clerks are always helpful and greet me by my first name. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my prescriptions filled. The owner genuinely cares about his customers and never hesitates to stop and ask how you’re doing. I would highly recommend valley view to any of my friends and family.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!
I have been filling a compound medication here for a few years because it was my only option and I have consistently had the WORST SERVICE EVER!
Every time I called in a refill I had to call multiple times because the incompetent employees would never actually put the refill request in on the first call. I would place an order and then call a week later to find out why I hadn’t received it only to find out the order was never placed.
Over the last three weeks I called 10+ times trying to order a refill and they NEVER faxed my doctor the refill request even though I was told multiple times it had been faxed. So I finally asked for it to be faxed to me. Never got it. I had to go to my doc to have him find another compounding pharmacy.
I called to speak with the manager about the HORRIBLE SERVICE and never even received a return call. Save yourself from a NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY !!!

Absolute worse, Dave Jensen will promise you the world then will not take your calls or emails for days. Over 30 orders sent, no updates. I am at a loss, many upset patients and doctors.

This place is so awesome. I went in and spoke with mark about valley view being my supply handler, and he took me on and got me all set up. I picked up my things the following week and their were a few mistakes but between clay and I we got it all strained out and all is good and well now. Very cool and welcoming staff at this place.

This place brings back the feel of a neighborhood drug store, without the soda fountain.
Everyone is almost always friendly and greets me by my first name. They even deliver which is helpful at times when we don’t feel like driving. Super place.

This is a great place to get medicine if you don’t want to go to CVS or Rite Aid since they have their own brand along with name brand and their prices seem comparable to CVS and Rite Aid. I love that its so easy and quick and they usually have fun things that me and my son find to buy.

I don’t go to this pharmacy for prescription drugs, since I have Kaiser, but this is a nice establishment in my neighborhood. At this pharmacy you can pay your bills. It is so convenient to go pay all of my utilities at one place. I like that I can ride my bike or walk to the pharmacy and pay my bills. There is hardly any wait there. Usually, I just walk up to the back counter and pay all of my bills. Once, i had to wait because there was one patron ahead of me.
My sons love riding their bikes to Valley View Drugs to buy Arizona Ice Tea. They have different varieties of drinks, snacks and ice cream. And if your cruising around in your walker, they have wheel chairs for sale if you need them. This is a safe place my kids can go without being marketed for beer, adult magazines, or cigarettes.
I would give it more stars if they expanded their convenience store portion, but it is still a great place.

I love this pharmacy.
