This guy is a joke! He inspect a multi unit in less than 1 hour, a job that would usually require at least 3 hours of inspecting. They Found nothing major by I found a lot of problems that were obvious. Many of the pictures were attached to the wrong unit and very confusing to read the report.

Hugo was super responsive when providing a quote and lower priced than others. He arrived on time, dressed professionally and had state of the art technology. VERY thourough inspection and let me follow him around. Took 3 hours and checked EVERYTHING. Report was delivered the next morning as proimised with tons of pics and information. HIGHLY RECCOMEND and would use again.
