Before the new owners took over, this place had the BEST tacos! I went tonight and asked, «do you fry your own taco shells or use pre-​made shells?» I was ASSURED that they were made to order for each taco. NOT! It was like going to Taco Bell. I don’t mind Taco Bell, but I’m not being lied to there about homemade taco shells!
Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this place!
I gave it ONE STAR because that’s the lowest rating and because they do make good fries.

It service was horrible, I asked if they can make my Frys crispy, it seems like the frys were sitting for a long time., I asked for lemon in my salad. Didn’t give me none horrible experience; I won’t recommend this place to any person. One star

Great breakfast burritos. The wait is agonizing if you’re having one of those mornings but the upside is that your food is freshly prepared. I’ll come back another time and sample more of their food next time I’m in the area.

Super kind people, was offered refill on my drink and food was freshly made on the spot loved it.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a burger joint. Big portions, low prices. Is it fancy? Of course not. But you can feed a hungry family some tasty food for cheap. On top of that… the staff is unbelievably friendly. One random Tuesday morning I cam for breakfast with my little one. Without being asked, they made her pancake into Mickey Mouse and tuned all of the TVs to Sesame Street. We are now customers for life.

My family I and have been coming here for years, their food is pretty good, but lately it’s been a little too greasy. They have pretty good service and nice staff.

Don’t let the wait fool you! Everything is made to order and they are made well. I’ve lived around this area for nearly 5 years now, and decided to stop in recently to try it out. I have been here 3 times within this month (I know, bad) and it’s been a great experience every time. The employees have been nice every time: the 2 times through drive-​thru & 1 time during dine in.
Prices are a tad bit high, but they are generous with the portions. Horchata is pretty expensive, almost 3 for a medium… Right now, they have a special going on: 2 burgers for $ 3+. Great deal, but one complaint I have, is every time I had ordered this for my family, the bun was very hard and inedible because of that. My boyfriend and I have tried their chili cheese fries and my gosh, they are delicious, and only 4 dollars and some change! I just ordered their chilaquilles for the first time and this was easily the best ones I’ve ever had. I honestly like that for $ 8, it comes with rice, beans, avocado, salsa AND fruit. Not the best quality of fruit, but it still came with fruit, lol. I also like that I had an option of changing the spice level. They serve breakfast items here as well. My 3 year old brother wanted pancakes, so I decided to order some. 2 pancakes for 4 bucks!!! That’s pricey, but it was actually really good! So I guess it makes up for it!
Again, I couldn’t give this place a full 5 stars because of the nasty bun, and insanely long wait, but Jim’s is still good enough to for me to come back over and over again! I am not Hispanic, and by all means LOVE Mexican food, so I can’t wait to try their other dishes here!
They also charge $.50 for every ATM transaction, which isn’t at all a big deal to me. Today, I had used my debit card, and wasn’t charged the $.50 fee. I was willing to pay them in cash, but the lady was nice enough to let it go, and admit that it was her fault, which I thought was very professional. Some companies are so quick to charge, take the money, and not admit to their fault if anything!
Give it a try, there’s something for everyone!

Omg best burger fast food joint I’ve ever been to! A lot of food and they give you fresh cut fruit for free as a starter when you dine in !!:) amaziiinggg! Very friendly and helpful staff! Will be coming by again soon.

May be slower than some fast food chains, but the result is worth waiting, the food is always fresh and tasty.
I didn’t expect such a great piece of meat they put in the steak sandwiches and carne asada salads, and it is cooked really great!

It took me 20 mins to get fries. The fries sat on a table and i was in the drivethrow and no one came to give me the fries for 10 mins and to have me buy for it. Customer service sucks!

Place looks really nice from outside renovated! But may I say that the cashiers at this Jims are unfriendly! Not to look down at these ladies or better then, wanna be ghetto girls! But I worked for a restaurant myself and know dam well the way they see customer service is the complete opposite! But overall food was decent! But something you can get at SAMs burgers way cheaper and better taste! And the staff is great! And don’t have to deal with childish behavior from employees! The cook was the only decent and helpful person there! Offered chilie and brought us our silver wear!
Train the people working here properly or they’ll be loosing business in sure!!!

New ownership and the staff at the counter was pretty friendly. Much better than my first experience a few years back when there was a lady behind the counter trying to charge you for every topping or condiment. It was pretty bad that I had actually forgot that I had been there, now I remember why.
I went with a breakfast burrito since those are my go-​tos whenever I don’t know what I want… and I pretty much judge a burger joint on how well they can pull these off. Big plus, they serve breakfast at all times of the day, so you can can have your good morning meal at dinner if you choose. They also just put in a drive through, so if you’re too lazy to get out, you now have that opportunity as well.
The décor isn’t anything amazing, but it’s a burger joint. I wouldn’t expect anything over the top, but the place was pretty clean.
My breakfast burrito was big, but nothing special. I was sort of disappointed that the egg was a little overcooked for my liking. I specified sausage and got bacon and sausage. That’s not a horrible mistake, but the bacon was pretty overcooked as well. The combo of overcooked ingredients made the burrito pretty dry at the beginning. I couldn’t for the life of me find the cheese in the burrito until I reached the second half. I guess I might have just started eating from the wrong side, but I would have been pretty disappointed if this was the way I was ending things.
Once the cheese came into the picture, it was pretty much a game changer. It was nice and gooey and I’m sad that it wasn’t dispersed evenly throughout my burrito.
The burrito was under $ 6 and it definitely stays with you. I had a hard time finishing it, but I didn’t want to waste any of it. This is a good place as a backup alternative or that place to get something if you don’t feel like driving. I might be back to try some of the other options.
Be warned, they charge you $ 1 to pay with card if your total is under $ 10.

So if your in the area, don’t stop here! It’s yuck! The service was really slow and the food was over priced. They charge you for everything except the napkins there! I haven’t been to eat her since 2009 and I will NOT be going back.

Ive been coming here for a long time, pretty much my whole life.
It is really hit or miss here. Sometimes its 5 star delicious. Other times its blah. One time the hamburger meat was rotten and my dog even refused it.
This place changes owners alot, and the prices seem to rise by the day. about 10 years ago this place was poppin.
bring quarters for the tvs (well the ones that work anyways lol)
