Worst customer service ever. Never write reviews but this really irritated me. Had 3 small boxes to drop off here. Some, not all, of the staff are seriously the laziest workers. Came 10 minutes before closing as they were putting donation away. One worker snarled and said, «are you kidding me?!» Then his partner proceed to tell me to come back tomorrow because they were ‘closed’. By the way, this wouldn’t be the first time one of the staff members refused to help when I had donations.

I have been to a few of these Goodwill locations, locations, Just so you know; it is just a store that sells everything dirt cheap and accepts donations. it doesn’t give anything back to… anything. the owners of this company are not breaking any rules or laws by doing this, I just thought I’d point it out. though, beyond the glaring fact that it isn’t actually a good will donation center, everything else points to it being a being an actual thrift store; The weird smell that you detect while walking around and you really have no idea where it is coming from, the overall feeling of you needing to wash your hands afterwards. and the inexpensive clothing. I realize that it may seem as though I am knocking Goodwill stores, but I am not. these are just the(What I like to call;) thrift store drawbacks of protocol.

We love this place, have been shopping here for years. It is always clean, many choices available for everything and we met the Manager there(Tabitha) and she is very friendly, helpful, professional from day one. That type of service is what keeps our family going back. Plus the Holidays are fun because they always theme it out. You have to shop there…

Non Profit lol… The prices are often set at retail store new prices. The store is always in disarray, the management is very rude. I once walked in with my 17 year old daughter and a male staff member was hitting on her. I wasn’t told until we left for fear of what I would have done to him. I have found really good stuff here but I have also payed a premium. Don’t let there approach of non-profit fool you. This place makes a killing off of donated items sold at retail prices!

This store sucks if your a guy. Most of the store is full of women’s clothes. Overall I would not come back. Maybe a good one for the ladies most of the store is women’s clothes and there were some nice looking dresses.

Big store, generally quiet atmosphere when i’ve gone. Nice selection of purses and holiday items(like, Halloween costumes or Christmas décor that they put out when it’s the holidays) Tons of clothes.

I’m surprised two reviews and negative to boot. Well, I have been going to this one off & on, checked it out recently and to be honest, I remember when it first opened & couple years thereafter, it was really disorganized & slim pickings. The last few times meaning last week & last year, I was surprised they had some pretty decent stuff for women(tops, sweaters, pants, etc) and saw so cute things for kids. Don’t know too much about the Mens selection and not too much on household & electrical as always hit or miss — usually slim. The one pet peeve I think with all Goodwill’s is that they don’t have their clothes organized by sizes — especially the jean section. It can be frustrating sifting through those racks & a lot of times, it’s not just always one 2 sided racks, it can be many more depending how big the store is, this one being a little bit smaller than most, but there too it gets tedious searching for your size in a large tightly packed rack. But until that gets resolved w/all GW stores, this one wasn’t as bad to me anyways. Lots of parking and plus is it’s located next to the 99 cent only store. This one, not sure if they are all participating, but this store now sells snacks & drinks(chips/sodas, water — see pics) Clerks are usually attentive, at least the times I’ve been there, they’ve always been helpful & polite. Yes the one on Whittier Blvd, located near Friendly Hills is a lot nicer, but give this one a chance or two, it’s a decent little store.

This place is absolute disaster zone! There is no order to the store at least that I could find. I went there 2 day to go through their jeans. Simple task right? Ha! You can’t even get your fingers in there to move the clothes back and forth To see the size.
