Cindy Nails

Used to go here because it was close to my house. Nice ladies, but they play their shows on full blast while you’re in there. I mean I understand that you don’t have customers so why not watch your shows online but at least wear headphones so the people in there don’t have to hear what they don’t understand lol. They do a okay job but the place need to desperately be updated and organized. Their color selection is awful! For being a nail place what the hell. The colors look like they have been sitting there for many years. Just go somewhere else.

Three people literally work at this Salon. The owner does everything. I came in for a full set, I wanted coffin shape nails. I showed Lisa a picture and she looked at it like she saw a ghost. I was like well can you do it, she replies yes. The whole time she’s prepping my nails she’s convincing me to do «square shape» I said fine. She says great cause coffin shape will break. Long story short she rushes through my nails horrible paint job, and my index broke in one week. (I’VE NEVER BROKEN AN ACRYLIC NAIL IN MY LIFE BTW). JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, they have no poliah options and the shop is out of date.

I was desperate for a mani on a early staurday morning before a wedding. This was the only place i was able to get in within the area. I am on day 4 and my gel has already lifted on one of my nails — wont be back, even if i am desperate.

Reasonable prices, nice ladies, and they do a really great job.

I’ve been a regular here for two years. It’s not fancy, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and talented, and the prices can’t be beat.
Lisa has always done great with my nails, doesn’t overcharge, has been known to give me discounts, and she can do anything. The pedicures are also super relaxing.
The best part is that I can walk in without an appointment and she will squeeze me in within an hour. They open early, close late, will stay open later to accommodate you, and the shop is only closed one day a week.
I’m super picky about my nails. I wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t worth it!

I go to this salon often. They are courteous and I have never been disappointed with my manicure and pedicure.

I came here because it was the closest nail salon to my Parent’s house when I was visiting. I made an appointment but when I walked in there was only one lady working and she was already finishing up a pedicure for a woman. I waited about 10 minutes. They had a big selection of nail polishes but you the brands were random and you can tell some of the bottles were at least a several years old.
As she started on my nails, I started to get a little freaked out because all the equipment she used on my looked unsanitary and old. Now here is the deal breaker, the acetone she was using for me to soak my gel nails in… well she whipped out a funnel and a big commercial sized bottle of acetone and poured it back in the bottle!!! WTF??? All I can think about is, how many nasty hands and feet soaked in the acetone she just used on me?
Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary! My nails came out so uneven and sloppy.

Eh. They were whatever. Prob not coming back because I can get «whatever» for cheaper.

I’ve been coming to Cindy Nails for over two years now and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. Sometimes they get pretty booked so I would suggest calling ahead of time, but the women there are so incredibly nice and I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done!

Very disappointed that I can’t find a decent and reasonably priced pedicure in my neighborhood. Came here because I didn’t have the time to go to my favorite place all the way in Fountain Valley. The lady here is really nice but didn’t cut or file my nails straight I told her short but not round. What did I get short but totally rounded so annoyed! Like that they have opi but not too many choices since they have several of the exact same color. Place is clean and was empty when I arrived but I see why now that I am done. $ 17 for pedicure is too much for this place. My quest continues …

Decent place. The ladies there are really sweet, but there are only three of them, so I suggest making an appointment, or you could be waiting a really long time. And they don’t always tell you how long you’re going to be waiting. The gal who came in after me ended up waiting an hour when they told her 30 minutes.
They make you pay $ 1 for your own emory board and buffer, which to me is a little ridiculous. I mean, I am all for paying for my own nail tools for the sake of sanitation, but just the emory board and buffer? If you’re so concerned for sanitation, why not my own pincers, clippers, and cuticle pushers, too? My lady did nick me the first time I was there. My board and buffer had nothing to do with the situation.
On the plus side, it’s clean, cheap, and they have great colors and products. They carry OPI, no essie or China Glaze though. And whatever topcoat they use is simply gorgeous. Steady hands, great skill, fabulous massage chairs. So it evens out.
