The Sellable Home

Teresa made it all seem so simple… which was exactly what I needed at the point of near meltdown. We spent her first appointment walking through the house, while she took mental notes and we talked about what should stay or go. We talked timeframes (just a month away), and furniture rental for one room. I hired her on the spot, no reservations. As there was no charge for the initial consultation, we shook hands and didn’t speak again for several weeks, although she was quick to respond to questions I emailed her, reassuring that it would all come together on the day. Teresa was flexible about scheduling a couple possible dates, and was spot on for the actual date. She worked in the house all day, and while I was off doing one thing, she would finish a room. She gave me expert advice, and then helped execute it, including all the finishing touches for a photo-​shoot the next day. She even dropped off a few finishing touches the next morning. The house has never looked better, and I’m confident that the right buyer will see all the house can offer. I would work with Teresa again in a heartbeat, and recommend her in a New York minute (which is as fast as a heartbeat). Thanks, Teresa!
