Dr. Swim is amazing. I was initially very scared of going to a chiropractor. However, at just 13 years old I visited her office for the first time. She starts out by putting heating pads on your back for several minutes. Next, she massages the muscles, and then she adjusts the muscles, and will crack your neck to re-align your spin. She will give you follow up appointments if necessary, as well as exercises to do to maintain your health. Now at age 23, i still come back to her. She fixes the problem areas, and I always leave there feeling so much better. I would often get headaches at work for sitting in front of a computer for so long. After going to her, they all go away. Thank Dr. Swim!

My husband and I have both seen Dr. Swim for various issues over the years. When I first went to her I was amazed that her philosophy was so different from my previous chiropractor who believed in «maintenance» appointments. She believes she either can help you in a few visits or you need to go back to your doctor. She believes in giving you exercises to maintain your health. We rely on her as part of our health plan so we can stay active.

Dr Swim is amazing! Her treatment works, she’s very nice and wants you to get better, rather than become a permanent patient. She will listen attentively to your issue, offer suggestions to ease your pain that you can do in your everyday life, and give you exercises to, again, get better, not become reliant on chiropractic care. I highly recommend her to any & all needing care!

Dr. Tina Swim is superbly professional and, more than anything, effective. She did wonders for my wife after a mountain bike injury — improved her flexibility and function. I saw her for middle back pain as well as hip /IT band problems. Dr. Swim is all about getting you better and back in action; she doesn’t drag out treatment or add a bunch of extras.
