I have been a long time patient of Dr. Earle and La Mesa Dental Artistry (over 10 years). The pratice has gone down hill in recent years. I had a crown replaced last year. The first crown didn’t fit and had to be replaced a second time. The second crown lasted 10 months before it failed. In the mean time, I had changed dentists. My insurance would not cover the replacement of a crown on the same tooth in less than 5 years. LM Dental Artistry wouldn’t cover any of the replacement cost unless I went back to there office. I definitely would not recommend.

I returned from a business trip with severe tooth ache. I googled emergency dental services in my area and Dr. Earle’s information came up. I called several times and left a message. Dr. Earle didn’t even bother calling me back. I would NEVER have called him had he not advertised his services for emergency situations. Take that little piece of information off your website if you won’t even answer your phone or return the call.

While I no longer live in the area, I went to Dr. Earle for about 20 years. I thought about him today because I went to my first non-​Dr. Earle dentist this morning where I live now.
The office is very bright, clean, and hygienic-​feeling. I agree with the other reviewer that kindness and professionalism describe Dr. Earle’s practice, from him to the hygienists to the receptionists.
Every check up is very thorough. Not only do they clean and polish your teeth – with the water-​jet cleaner with the traditional scraper as a backup – but they also check your mouth for signs of cancer and the gums around each tooth to check for the degree of inflammation.
I highly recommend Dr. Earle and his very professional practice.

From the moment you walk into the front door to the moment you leave you are treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. I love the entire staff and wish I could give them 10 stars! I bring my children to see Dr Earle as well. I will never go anywhere else!
